Great Experience - Five Stars for the entire experience. We absolutely loved everything during , the ride, and our pilot Phil! I wanted to surprise my girlfriend, not knowing though she was afraid of heights. She was a trooper though and was open minded for this unique opportunity, so I was extremely pleased to know Phil had over 30 years of experience. He openly shared his knowledge of ballooning and stories from around the world. The crew also made the experience very smooth from start to finish! My girlfriend was very happy to have accepted my gift and taken a chance.

Mind-boggling! - We easily found the parking lot where we left our car. Be carreful to give your right weight, when you are over 225 pounds an extra weight is charged 25 usd. The whole experience was impressive because of the noise and the heat (not so much, very tolerable) over your head and the landscape absolutely amazing. We had the perfect weather as we could see as far behind the mountains,the ocean. We went down really near the wine yard about 13 feet from the ground. Be aware that you will stand up the whole time, but it’s worth it! Then you come down, and you ́re greeting with a cup of champagne, water, juice and some sweet and salty snacks. I highly recommend it once in your life!

Amazing flight of a lifetime! - Amazing views and even more amazing flight! We got the best pilot, Phil in Temecula and it was clear from his expert flying skills! The staff were also very kind and friendly! Highly recommend them for your first hot air balloon flight!!

Underwhelming - The balloon ride itself was nice and entire crew very pleasant. However, they advertised beautiful views of vineyards and wildlife and spectacular mountain views. Instead we flew over residential areas and barren fields. They claimed that weather conditions caused them to select a different launch site. Im not buying it! The continental breakfast was horrible. I stale fig cookie and bottled water. Also, i was charged extra fee for being 5 pounds over the weight limit. Very greedy and uncalled for considering that my wife is 70 pounds under the weight limit. 😎

Underwhelming - We were expecting beautiful views of the vineyards and mountains, but instead we drifted over residential areas and barren fields. No wildlife, no natural beauty, no view of the wineries. Staff was nice but stated that weather conditions forced them to select an alternate launch site. I have no way to verify this. Still disappointed!

No sunrise view - I liked the trip but, I wanted to see the sunrise and I couldn't see it. The trip started when the sun had already risen. No good.
