At Somerset Winery, we organize a production tour for each time slot of our Traditional Wine Tour. Somerset is distinctive as it is the only winery in southern California (and one of just 8 in the U.S.) that produces wine using the ancient terra-cotta method that originated in Persia over 8,000 years ago. This process involves fermenting wine in large clay vessels, which avoids the tannins produced by traditional oak barrels, resulting in a more natural taste. Many wine enthusiasts believe this is the purest way to make wine, but you’ll have to decide for yourself when you join our wine tour!

5. Bachelorette Wine Tour - A private tour for a minimum of 10 guests. Includes champagne at pickup and 18 wine tastings at three wineries.
