Absolutely amazing - Review for Atlantic Divers, Tenerife
This was my first visit to Tenerife and after checking the reviews, I decided to go with Atlantic Divers to do my Advanced Open Water. I also wanted to try some wreck diving – and wow, what an experience!
My instructor was José, and he was absolutely amazing – extremely helpful, patient, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. As a 62-year-old myself, I really appreciated his support, especially when it came to getting out of the water with all the weight I was carrying (not easy for an old timer like me, lol).
What I really appreciated most was how respectful and professional he was. Honestly, I’d have to give him 5/10… joking of course – 10/10 all the way!
The last two dives were the highlight – both deep 30m wreck dives. Phenomenal. There were five divers and two instructors, José and Brice, and both were brilliant. They really made the day special.
If I get the chance to come back to Tenerife, I’ll definitely book more dives and maybe even another course. I honestly can’t praise these guys enough – if you’re coming to Tenerife and looking for a try dive, fun dives, or a course, Atlantic Divers is the place to go.

Amazing experience - First time diving and what a great experience I had, struggled breathing and surfaced twice but the instructor Brice was there to help me every step of the way. Eventually managed to keep my breathing calm and spent 30 minutes under the water and what an experience it was indeed. We paid for photos which included videos too and we are over the moon with the overall experience.

Top-Class Dive at El Peñón Wreck - I had the pleasure of diving with Diving Atlantis in Tenerife today during our family holiday, and even though I could only manage a single dive day, it was absolutely worth it. As an experienced TDI technical diver, I was keen to make the most of the limited time I had, and Diving Atlantis didn’t disappoint.
I reached out to the centre before my trip to request a specific site – El Peñón Wreck in Tabaiba – and the communication beforehand was spot on. Quick responses, clear info, and a genuinely helpful approach made everything feel easy and well-organised before I even arrived.
On the day, the dive centre was buzzing with activity – various courses and groups going on – but the whole team handled it brilliantly. I was paired with Brice and Jose as guides/instructors, and they were excellent from start to finish. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, they gave us experienced divers the freedom to explore the wreck (including some penetration), while still maintaining a calm, watchful presence to ensure safety and good practice.
Briefings were clear and thorough, safety was taken seriously without being overbearing, and the dive itself was just class – great conditions, a fantastic site, and a laid-back but well-run vibe from the team.
If you’re in Tenerife and looking for a top-tier PADI dive centre that knows how to cater to all levels – from beginners to tech divers – I’d highly recommend Diving Atlantis. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m on the island.

Perfect. - I spent my open water diver with Audrey. She is very reassuring, patient and good advice. I loved my two days.
At the shop, everyone is welcoming and friendly.
The equipment is fine.
Several people speak French.

Great experience with Diving Atlantis Tenerife… - My wife and I just completed our SSI Open Water Diver course with Diving Atlantis in Tenerife. I chose this centre because of the reviews on Trip advisor and was not disappointed. From the time of booking right up to the point of starting the activity the communication was excellent.
Audrey our dive instructor was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with both of us and particularly helpful with my wife who was very nervous. The equipment was perfect for our needs and the dice centre had a good selection of purchasable equipment.
The boat dives were well organised and we had a fantastic time particularly when diving the Twin Wrecks site. All in all a fantastic trip made super easy by or reliable dive schools and Audrey. Special thank also to Kamil (centre manager) who provided us with good information and did a good deal on the kit I purchased.
I would have no hesitation in using Diving Atlantis again and highly recommend the team to anyone thinking of following in our footsteps. Many thanks guys……

Fantastic dive school - What a great experience completing our SSI open water diving course with Diving Atlantis. Great organisation from the start and we completed our theory before arriving for our three day course. Audrey our instructor was excellent. Calm and supportive and took us through all our open water assessments. She did it at our pace and gave us confidence to complete the tasks. It’s both mentally and physically challenging and definitely pushed us out of our comfort zone! The real achievement was when we completed our 12m and 18m dives on a reef and then the twin wrecks. Audrey was by our side at every step and encouraged us to achieve our goals. All the equipment was great, transport organised for our final dives and a celebratory beer when we completed the course and dives! We would definitely recommend using Diving Atlantis for scuba diving in Tenerife. Fantastic service!!

Just awesome! - Such an amazing experience!
I did a Deep diver specialty, 4 dives over 2 days.
I went to Tenerife last July (2024) and did 9 dives with them as a newbie open water diver. I had a great time! The team is professional and friendly! There's so many dive sites, you can do boat dive or shore dive, plenty of aquatic life to see, turtles, sting rays, octopus, morey eels...
Give these guys a visit if you are in south Tenerife!

DO YOUR PADI HERE! :D - For anyone who wants to learn to dive and are new at it, this place is PERFECT. A really lovely, welcoming and friendly team who put you at ease and give you the confidence to believe in yourself. Non-judgemental environment, well planned and organised, professional, kind and affordable. I saw my first wild tea turtle which was just amazing. Gaia did the PADI training with us and taught me to believe in myself. She is such a hardworking lady who is strong and patient with teaching. Best dive teacher we could have had. After I passed my PADI, we did a dive with Chris who was so calm and easy to get along with, a great companion for those who want a chilled-out dive. I couldn't recommend this dive school enough. Such a lovely bunch!

Relaxed, helpful, fun - The staff and shop were all very helpful and easy to communicate with.
I am AOW diver but did my refresher dive with them then 2 more boat dives. Great diving and very relaxed in their company.
Good rental equipment and close to shore for beach entry dives.
Not the biggest shop if that's what you are looking for but they fixed my dive computer 5min before closing time, sorry again 😉
