Exercise your legs and your mind - A fantastic day cycling through the countryside just outside Chiang Mai. The guide was the Dutch owner, Josephus, who is very knowledgeable about Thai history and customs, so it was really, really interesting as well as being visually gorgeous - while getting a good workout. One of the highlights was a walk up to a stunning white temple with incredible views ... and very loud bell ringing! The bikes are excellent quality. The lunch at the end of the ride was very tasty. I'll definitely do another ride with them.

Guide and route don’t disappoint. - We had an amazing e-bike adventure through the back county roads around Chiang Mai. Our guide Hockey, was excellent. He was personable, funny and knowledgeable. Our tour was as described. No surprises. They picked us up at our condo and took us south of the city to their property which is away from the traffic. Our bikes were brand new fat bike e-bikes and they worked very well. We live in Kelowna BC and love to bike and this experience didn’t disappoint. The route was a mix of flat and rolling roads. The route was a loop that wound through fruit orchards and the jungle. We stopped at a lovely temple and did the optional hike to the top. We had to climb 900 stairs but the temple and the view was worth it. You can choose to take a shuttle as well. We stopped to look at some rice fields, a temple, and a local food vendor. We then had a nice lunch with the owner-operator back at the property at the end of the ride. The bike ride and the views were much of the focus and we loved seeing this part of the country. The beauty of e-bikes is that you can make the ride as hard or easy as you want. You could choose no assist to full assist if you needed the extra help or if it as really hot out. We recommend this trip to anyone who wants some exercise, like to ride and want to see the country side and a very nice temple to boot. Have fun.

Top bike tour - Good reception by the Dutch owner. And when we saw the bikes we already knew it was okay. The guide (hockey) was also skilled and competent. He showed us beautiful spots and had a good eye for safety. Had a nice lunch on return. Highly recommended Eric

Wonderful tour - We were warmly welcomed, and went with local guide Hockey through the beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the splendor. Hockey knew English well and knew a lot to tell and explain. Our son (3 years) could join us on the e-bike and also liked it. After the bike tour we had a nice cold drink and lunch. It was a successful morning!

A tour through the country side - Well run spin from start to finish, guide very helpful on our route on the bikes and knowledge of area, 6 of us on the ride I believe this could have been a bigger number. A tasty lunch when back at start/finish spot and plenty of water available. No complaints thanks for a good day out.

We were picked up at our... - We were picked up at our hotel on time. We met other travelers from other countries and had a lovely conversation. Once we arrived, we were given thorough instructions on the use of the bicycles. The guide was knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. When we returned, we were surprised to find a nice lunch and soft drinks. And we were returned to our hotel on time. Perfect experience. Exactly what we were looking for.

Best family experience! So fun! - So fun! We loved our day e-biking outside the city. It was a perfect activity for us, a married couple with one teen son. We were picked up at our lodging on time and driven about thirty minutes outside the city where we got our bikes and a brief rundown. We rode for almost four hours with just the right amount of stops. We stopped at a Buddhist crematorium, a beautiful temple, a roadside vendor selling delicious fried bananas and Thai tea, a rice field, and a couple of other brief-ish stops as needed. Our guide spoke pretty good English and was very attentive to everyone’s well being. We did this excursion in February when the temperature is a bit cooler than when we came in August, which might have been too hot for our son. This was my favorite day trip we’ve done in Thailand over the course of two long visits (I have family retired in Chiang Mai).

Fat tyre bikes rule! - I had a great day out, enjoying the beautiful hills and scenery on this ride. Hockey our guide (hope I spelt this correctly) was ever cheerful and encouraging the entire ride. Great to get out of the city, and explore on these great bikes, really did make the hills mostly effortless. Enjoyed fast paced last 3 kms on the flat with a race using level 5 assist, great fun. Healthy, tasty lunch served at the end before being taken back to my hotel. Worth every cent.

Amazing experience, phenomenal staff and service! - It was incredible! The service of the staff was second to none! The route was lovely, not too difficult at all and the bikes were very well maintained and safe! The owner(Joost) who picked us up from our hotel was amazing! He went above and beyond when dropping us off as he offered to take us to our next hotel with all our luggage!! Class guy!

Not for the impatient - 3-4 hours is the time spent on the activity, however there' s significant travel time and squandered time on the tour. We spent about an hour at a temple (one of the adult riders didn't feel well and we had to wait with her for the support van. She was able to wait by herself). The guide spent too much time having private conversations with cyclists, while the rest of us stood around.. He should know how to move things along. That said, the riding was gorgeous and interesting. The bikes were in great condition. Lunch was awful. Again, we had to wait 15 minutes after the meal to go home. I went and fetched the guide.
