Great day snorkelling and seeing all the pigs roaming free on the island. Recommend this. - Great trip, boat was nice and the guides were brilliant bring out fruit platters while we were in the sea. Pig island was brilliant it was surprisingly clean considering how many pigs and dogs there were. Great trip.

An extraordinary experience, 70th birthday for Mom! - My mother celebrated 70. It was an amazing experience, we took care of everything and exactly as agreed. And most importantly, Mom was crazy! The ship's crew had services and took care of everything we wanted and asked.

Just perfect!!!! - The boys who drove the boat were charming and professional. We went to Ko-ten Island and we went to Norkelling not far away. The day ended with a picnic on the Island of Pigs. During the day there were snacks, fruit and light drinks as well as beer. Highly recommend!!

Best trip - Best trip on this island, very well organised, have been taken to the best spots for snorkelling! Very well looked after with plenty of soft drinks / fruit / crisps. Crew all lovely, shoutout to captain for providing guided snorkelling spots.

But shambolic but pig island worth a visit - The driver was 20 mins late picking up. We had no idea how to contact. So was about to give up when they turned up The guide on the trip spoke little English so we were never sure what was going on. Pig island was nice. Snorkelling was horrid as lots of weeds wrapping around your ankles and few fish. The speed boat trip was a good way to travel as very choppy sea but he rode with the waves so not too bumpy. On the way back we had to wait 45 mins for the driver to pick us up, so bit of a shambles really. No tea/coffee on offer as advertised and no beach games equipment provided.

Solid trip, nothing special, rating is misleading (imo) - the place they take you swimming is full of trash, snorkeling was underwelming, the place itself is not really designated for snorkeling (not a lot to see besides stones and seagrass…from time to time you see some little fish in between) and they just tell you to get in the water, you have one hour to snorkel around… a guide or spotter would be helpful at least. Best part was that they wouldn‘t even have enough masks if nobody had brought their own equipment… one of the masks started leaking and they didn‘t even have a spare one. As I had seen enough after 30 of 60 min snorkeling, I lended them my mask. Pig island was nice. Exactly what we expected but not more than you get with any other crew… So all in all a 3 star trip at best. You can get the same quality way cheaper local. What made me deduct another star was the unfriendly staff at the pier. They had playful little puppies roaming around the place and there were some kids in the group who would have liked to play with them for some minutes or take some pics (we also tbh…it was quite the highlight of the trip) but they just told us sorry but you have to go now and gently leaded us out the area… I did some trips around the island and this was the worst one so far.

Not as advertised - Firstly, the excursion was advertised as “semi-VIP”. I would like clear clarification on what semi-VIP actually means in practical terms. This description was a significant factor in my decision to book, yet the experience provided did not reflect any discernible level of enhanced service or comfort. In addition, the coffee machine was not available, despite being advertised. Since submitting my complaint, I have read multiple previous reviews raising the exact same issue. This suggests an ongoing and known problem, rather than an isolated incident, yet this was not explained or acknowledged. I also raised concerns regarding the lack of clear communication around timings throughout the day. There was little to no explanation given about schedules, durations, or delays, which added unnecessary confusion and frustration. This point has again not been addressed. Finally, the advertised inclusion of snacks (crisps/chips) was not provided. These are clearly documented as part of the experience. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and several important aspects of my complaint remain unanswered.

Complete lies & incompetence - Booked a semi private experience, which actually had 4 different groups in! Full mini bus, Same size as any other activity, not private in any way. No real food at all, a few bits of melon is not a platter. No tea or coffee offered at any point. No clear instructions, safety briefing or itinerary run down at any point, didn't lnow what on earth we were doing for most of the day. First we were taken to a random pointless shore and told we would spend 40 mins there, nobody knew why & asked if we could snorkel, they said no. So everyone was just stood around in some shallow water confused for 40 mins. Then we finally were taken to a different place where we were told we could finally snorkel, but after 10 minutes they told everyone to get back on board! It was extremely frustrating & annoying. No toys/games offered at any point. When at pig island we were told to meet back at the boat at 12pm, 12:30pm, 1pm some guy eben wrote 22:45 in the sand! No body had a clue what was going on..... And when confusion is brought to the table, people get fed up & don't want to get caught out by incredibly terrible instructions so we were all just wondering back & forth to the boat. Was a complete disaster of a trip & a waste of a day & money. Then after we were rushed back 45 minutes earlier than what was expected, we had to sit in some awful made up seating area for at least 30+ minutes for out mini bus to pick us all back up. Absolute joke, zero stars should be an option
