Essential Bangkok Temple Journey: Culture, Serenity & Flavors! - This 3-temple tour is a cultural gem! Our guide made history come alive. The optional buffet lunch was authentic & hearty – highly recommend adding it! Smooth transport throughout.

3 Temples and 5 Stars. - This was a fantastic tour with an amazing guide. We did a nice dive. Not too deep and it covered all of the right and necessary places. Traffic was not easy from one place to the next. Still, Sureen was amazing and so was the tour. The ornate design and gracious welcome made us feel at home

Amazing - I am not the best writing reviews but i will tell you this. Chaem was a very cool and fun guy. His tour was very well organized. Aside from the tour to the temples he showed us so much and told us about the history of every temple and had even extra material to show us. I would definitely recommend this tour to others visiting bangkok.

Great Guide - Tour guide was amazing! Unfortunately the lunch on the river boat was out of service and we were taken to a nearby lunch buffet that was just ok. Additionally the large Buddha at Wat Paknam is being refurbished and covered in scaffolding. The tour guide made up for it but was disappointed 2 of the 4 attractions did not deliver up to our expectation.

A tour worth taking - Very Good - It was well organised. The guide was competent and explained everything in English. The river cruise and lunch onboard was also good.

Temples tour - Good sights to see just felt really rushed with our tour guide, who constantly would said say hurry up let’s go! Also for vegetarians the food on the boat was very limited, as must things had fish sauce. Would be nice to taste Thai food without it.

An OK Tour for what we got - My wife and I conducted extensive research on the Viator website for things to do while in Bangkok. We selected this tour as it included the three main temple attractions and lunch cruise included. Additionally, there was the pickup right from our hotel. We were picked up right on time and went to pick up our tour guide along with the remaining three tourists. There were a total of seven participants. We started at the first temple (Wat Arun). We arrived and our guide purchased the entry tickets. We were provided a bottle of water and entered the temple area. The location was very crowded with tourists and many photographers as the tourists were dressed up in local attire. We received some information via our guide regarding the temple and then given 30 minutes to look around and take photos. It was difficult to get good pictures due to the large number of people there, but enough were taken to show we were there. We then walked to the pier area to take a boat ride across the river to the next temple. The boat ride was approximately 3-4 minutes and then walked from the pier to the Grand Palace and Emerald Buddha Temple. Once again, our guide purchased the entry tickets and we entered. Another round of information was provided by our guide and then time to roam on our own again. We entered the main temple, walked through the other structures, and took plenty of pictures. It was crowded, but not as the previous temple, so we had good opportunities for good photos. We then departed via our shuttle van to get a buffet lunch at a hotel?? The tour stated we would eat lunch on a river cruise, but that did not happen. We were not advised in advance that the lunch cruise was not happening. Very disappointed! On top of that, the hotel buffet was not very good at all. After our mediocre buffet lunch, we boarded out van again and headed to see the next temple (Wat Paknam). No entry fee required here, so we walked straight in. We arrived at the large Buddha statue only to find it wrapped in scaffolding due to maintenance and not able to get any good pictures. Our guide mentioned that he had a photo and would send to us, but not the same as seeing it yourself and taking your own picture. We could’ve done that online. From there we entered the temple and looked around the many artifacts in the temple. At this point, the day had been very long and exhaustion was setting in. After this final temple, we boarded out van and started our trek back to our hotels. The traffic was “HORRIBLE”! This, of course, was out of anybody’s hands. Our guide got off first at an undisclosed place and just left us with the driver. He said goodbye, but seemed ready to just go. Thought he would accompany us back to the hotels to close out the tour. Overall, it was an ok day and tour. The guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. He did speak more than one language to accommodate the participants. We would’ve liked to be given prior notice of the exclusion of the anticipated lunch cruise and the maintenance being conducted on the Buddha. We felt that we paid more for items we did not receive or fully see. Would recommend this tour only if it includes what was advertised/sold and the temples or sights are fully available to be seen.
