Memorable time visiting Blue Mountains with Rocky - If you are planning on taking a day trip out of Sydney, we highly recommend booking with Rocky! We traveled comfortably in his van that felt luxurious, super clean and well-maintained, while he gave us interesting little tidbits about the destinations we visited. He was really attentive and entertaining, gave us good pointers on how to make the most of our time in Sydney, and took great photos for our family. We also appreciated his flexibility when we wanted to modify our itinerary on the day of the tour. Thank you Rocky, for an unforgettable experience!

An Unforgettable Private Tour, Worth Every Minute - This was our very first private tour, and it completely changed our perspective on traveling. If you want to get the absolute best out of your Blue Mountains trip, you have to go with Rocky.
From the very beginning, Rocky set the tone. He picked us up from our hotel in a spotless, comfortable car and made us feel at ease right away. At Featherdale, he encouraged us to take our time with the incredible variety of native Australian animals. We lingered longer than we expected, but thanks to Rocky’s thoughtful planning, we still managed to enjoy everything else on the itinerary without feeling rushed.
Rocky’s knowledge of nature added so much depth to the experience. Along the way, he shared fascinating details about the trees, plants, and landscapes that we never would have noticed on our own.
The absolute highlight of the tour was that Rocky brought along a drone-like camera to film our journey. The footage was breathtaking and captured the vast beauty of the Blue Mountains in a way no phone picture ever could. Watching the video brought the memories flooding back and gave us something truly special to keep forever.

Blue mountain, featherdale, scenic world and many others ! - We had a fun full day of hitting all of the must see sights in Sydney. Rocky went above and beyond making sure we saw all of our personal must see items as well as Blue Mountain, Featherdale, scenic world, spectacular waterfall views, some hikes, all of the perfect photo opportunities and time for a sit down meal and a celebrity fav spot to stop ! Rocky was friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire tour truly enjoyable !

A Perfect Day with Rocky Road Tours & Travels
Our experience with Rocky Road Tours was nothing short of spectacular. Rocky picked us up right from our hotel, greeting us with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for an unforgettable day.
We began with a visit to Featherdale Sydney Wildlife Park, where we got up close with kangaroos, koalas, and other native animals — a true Aussie welcome. From there, we headed into the Blue Mountains, stopping at Echo Point to take in the breathtaking views of the Three Sisters, a sight that leaves you speechless.
Next up was Scenic World in Katoomba, where we rode the cableway and railway through dramatic cliffs and lush rainforest — an exhilarating way to experience the landscape. The day wrapped up in the picturesque village of Leura, where we indulged in their famous handcrafted chocolates and creamy ice cream, the perfect sweet ending to a day full of wonder.

Rocky is the best! - We had such a great time exploring the Blue Mountains with Rocky! He was funny, accommodating, and made the whole trip feel easy and enjoyable. He even made sure our family was comfortable in the spacious car, complete with a car seat for my niece. On top of that, Rocky captured amazing photos of us throughout the day, which we’ll treasure forever. Kudos to Rocky for making it such a fun and memorable experience!

Rocky, the best tour guide that felt like family - The best we could have chosen, it was like family touring us around. The best part was the humor, the knowledge of interesting trivia and the warmth of having a relative feel giving us the tour. He also gave us the best coverage with 360 camera @ It was a memorable tour made possible by Rocky.

The Perfect Blue Mountains Trip—Even with a Baby! - We had such a fun and unforgettable visit to the Blue Mountains, all thanks to Rocky! We traveled with our one-year-old, and he went above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and enjoyable for us. Rocky was not only incredibly helpful and accommodating but also full of energy and knowledge, which really made our experience worthwhile.
The journey was smooth and comfortable—even with a baby on board—which made a huge difference for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!
Highly recommend Rocky Road Tours and Travels. I’ll be telling all my friends heading to the Blue Mountains to book with Rocky!

Fabulous day! - My daughter and I had Rocky take us to the Blue Mountains for a day trip. He picked us up at our hotel in Sydney in his comfortable van. We first stopped at Featherdale Wildlife Park which we both thought was sensational. Then we headed to the Blue Mountains and had a great time exploring the nature and the small towns there. Rocky is very knowledgeable and a really nice, funny guy. We highly recommend this tour!
