Please note: the company did not request any identification documents (such as passports) from us at the time of booking. On June 22, we found out by chance that Russian citizens require a visa to enter Albania, and that processing a visa takes at least 15 days.
We informed the company that we would not be able to obtain visas in time for the tour starting June 27. The company never informed us of the visa requirement beforehand. We have a written message from an employee (dated June 25) acknowledging that they understand the situation, that the company would incur some losses, and promising to refund 60–70% of the total cost. Since then, the company has stopped responding to our messages completely. We kindly ask for your assistance in obtaining a refund for this tour. Thank you.
