• Santorini Old Harbor - The Old Port beneath the capital Fira was the island’s main gateway until 1960. It was once accessible only by steps (nowadays, there’s also a cable car), offering a clear glimpse into the challenging life in Santorini before it became a major tourist destination. The area is now a hub for cruise ships, making it quite crowded, but this doesn’t detract from the experience.
• Nea Kameni Volcanic Park - Upon request, we can stop at the Nea Kameni volcanic park, which showcases the most recent eruptions of Santorini’s volcano, allowing for a closer look.
• Nea Kameni - Even if you choose not to stop at the volcanic park, our skipper will provide detailed information about the volcanic activities that formed the Caldera and make the first stop for swimming at the island’s thermal springs. Here, you can experience the warmth of the sea water, heated by volcanic activity to temperatures reaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The mineral-rich waters also have beneficial effects on the skin.
• Palea Kameni - This is the first lava island that emerged from the center of the crater after the major activity that formed the Caldera. You can witness the lava flow rising from the sea, creating stunning landscapes. On its south side, there’s a beach with crystal-clear waters where, weather permitting, you can ask the skipper to stop for a swim.
• Thirassia - Our next destination is Thirassia, located on the west side of the Santorini volcano before it split into three parts. The cuts in the landscape reveal the volcano’s formation through successive eruptions. Here, you can swim or snorkel in crystal-clear waters reminiscent of Santorini in the 1990s, as tourism hasn’t significantly impacted the area. While guests swim, we prepare traditional products for them to enjoy afterward.
• Oia - Our final destination is the famous village of Oia, known for its white buildings that resemble melting snow and its iconic blue domes perched on the cliffs of the Caldera. Our skipper will cruise beneath the village, offering views of Ammoudi village and the entire area.
