Our tour guide was cheerful, professional, and always ready to help. With a warm smile and deep knowledge of the area, the guide made the journey even more enjoyable by sharing interesting stories and taking care of every detail.
The food on board was another highlight of the trip. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented – from flavorful seafood dishes to traditional Vietnamese specialties. experience with Pamela cruise - I had a wonderful experience on the Pamela Cruise in Ha Long Bay. The guide on the boat was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting information about the history, culture, and natural beauty of Ha Long. It made the trip more meaningful and enjoyable.
The staff on board were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
One of the highlights was the delicious seafood lunch. The dishes were fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavor — a true taste of the sea!

Ha Long 2025 - The trip was amazing. That was my best 3 hours at Ha Long and even the dinner is so delicious. I would come back more with my friends next year.

Warmly welcome - Pamela on Ha Long Bay brings a great experience from the first minutes. What impressed me the most was the way the staff welcomed visitors before boarding the train. With a friendly smile and neat uniforms, they simultaneously said: "Welcome on board!" Makes me feel extremely appreciated and excited for the journey ahead. The staff on the train is very lovely, always ready to support and create a comfortable feeling like being at home in the middle of the magnificent natural scenery of Ha Long.
