During this class, participants will have the opportunity to create two Greek dishes or one dessert, using fresh ingredients sourced from our own orchards, including aubergines, potatoes, tomatoes, courgettes, olives, and our very own olive oil.
Receive practical training from our skilled local chef, who will demonstrate cooking techniques that can be easily replicated at home. Learn to prepare “gemista,” a beloved Greek dish, among many other traditional recipes.
