Don’t miss Cape Sounion - Vivienne was an amazing host taking us to such a beautiful place. She shared with us in such an easy manner so much history of the area. The bus was superb and the driver exceptional. Do not hesitate to tour with Ammon Express

Great little 1/2 day trip , fabulous and informative guide. - Fabulous little trip stoped at The Ancient theatre of Thorikos first for about 45 mins lots of wild flowers and a friendly wild cat named Dionysus by the guide. The guide a young male whose name escapes me was very good, friendly, informative and affable.
We then carried on for about 30 mins to Cape Sunio and The Temple of Posiden. Fab ancient site guide said the price of entry was going up to 20 euros on the 1 st March, we paid 5 which makes it an affordable trip for a family. Not sure we would have gone at 60 euro to get in not sure it’s worth it. But then that’s just the temple area there is a restaurant area which is free where you can probably get just as good pictures.
Time will tell if the increase in price reduces visitor number to the Temple of Posiden.
20/10 to our guide and his information and tales.
I only wish we’d had more time to do more.
Also getting to the metro station at Halandri was straight forward and there’s even a kiosk for affordable snacks as you come out the right side of the metro oh and the bus has WiFi.

We were so fortunate to... - We were so fortunate to have a Vivian, a graduate student in archaeology, as our tour guide. She was so knowledgeable and there was not a question she couldn’t answer. I’m not sure if all their guides are like that or we just lucked out. The Theater of Thorikos was also a hidden gem. Bring snacks- as it’s a long trip and no opportunity for food.

A must on your itinerary - We enjoyed our trip very much. Our guide, Julia (Oulia) was very friendly and informative about the Cape and the Temple. It was a frigid and windy day but worth it. The areas were not crowded and we were able to find a spot to see the sunset. There is a cafe at the Temple of Poseidon perfect for a quick hot chocolate.

Amazing guided tour with a knowledgable guide. - We had an amazing tour. Our guide Katerina (Kathrin) was very knowledgable, enthousiastic and fun. Totally recommended!

Great trip - Afternoon trip with meeting at Halandri station. For us from Monastiraki with the blue line very convenient. At the meeting point was the accompanying guide who was very well prepared and well organized. He spoke clear and understandable English. In January the departure was at 14.30.The guide immediately gave us passwords for wifi and QR code to download audio guide. Along the way he provided a lot of interesting historical information. The tour included a first stop at the ancient theater of Thoricos and then a visit to Cape Sounio and the temple of Poseidon (entrance not included, in winter 5 euros). On return beautiful coastal road to admire the Athenian Riviera

Worth the Money - A really informative trip to the temple and even though there was no sunset we learned a lot about the history of Athens, the theatre and the temple. Not too far from Athens either, although the meeting place could have been a little clearer.

Cabo sunion... - Excelente service, the bus was in good condition. Driver and tour guide did a great job. The time we spend on the cabo sunion was longer than other tours.

Terrible experience. The... - Terrible experience. The woman doing the tour is very rude and condescending. I wouldnt do this tour again and would not recommend it. They treat u like dirt; like they doing you a favor. If u paid for the tour, might as well get your money’s worth. This was NOT it

Location pickup problem, no tour no refund - We were not picked up at the meet location. Requested a refund & was denied as the tour went on without us. 😡 Not happy about this!
