Very nice cruise - I actually booked the Novotel hotel so I could take this cruise to see the burning Dragon Bridge on the weekend .I did not take dinner and just did the cruise ,got a soft drink and some fruits but really enjoyed the dances ,music and the cruise

Poseidon dinner cruise - I had booked this event for my husband’s birthday. Then I started reading the reviews. I was starting to wonder about the overall experience. Reviews stated that there was no VIP section. I had paid for the VIP section. Reviews also stated that the food was not good. That the trip was more of a party boat than dinner. Also, I read that people were disappointed in the view of the dragon. I didn’t want this evening to be ruined so I contemplated canceling. Instead I reached out. I confirmed the VIP section, the location of the boat, and we all made our food selections prior to arrival. We were greeted and lead straight to the very front of the boat. The BEST seat in the house. On the table was a sign that said “Happy Birthday” and my husband’s name. The food was ok. Nothing to write home about. The service was wonderful. The staff sang Happy Birthday at our table. We were tucked back away from the dragon. But the view was still remarkable. We had a wonderful evening. We were able to enjoy the music and have conversation at the table. I would recommend this excursion. If you are having a special event I encourage you to reach out to the venue so they are aware of the event. They made it very special for us.

Really good night - This trip was better than I expected. It wasn't crowded, it was easy to find and every family had a place card at a table so there wasn't any scrounging to get a seat. We were served a fruit platter and watermelon juice. The DJ played good music which wasn't unbearably loud and the lights were dimmed so you could see outside the boat. The dragon show from the boat isn't too impressive, it's probably better up close. The onboard entertainment was ok, but also not impressive. But overall, I would recommend this boat. Some other boats seemed to have fluoro lights on inside and no atmosphere. This was like a little club lounge on a boat. We loved it. A great amount of time with young kids too, not too long but long enough.

Overall good cruise, but mind the loud music - Overall ok cruise, booked a Sunday evening ticket with Dragon bridge show. Saw the show from land earlier, different perspective here. Music a bit too loud on top floor, where we were seated. Juice and fruits are a nice touch (booked without dinner). Few simple dancing shows by the crew, nothing too flashy, but still nice Based on what we saw from other boats, seats and interior on this one is a bit better than most.

Better than standing under the bridge - Don’t go in expecting too much and you should enjoy. View of the neon hotels is nice and the music is dance. Food is passable and the live dance routine is energetic.

Good cruise, but bad transfer experience.er - Great cruising and dinner experience. Our ride was very late that we ordered a Grab to go to the meeting place. Have known that driver has car trouble. Understandable but I'm not happy.

Meh, and please review your itinerary - Went back and forth--standing on the bridge or seeing it from the water? Probably should have chose standing on the bridge. There were a couple dozen boats out there, each with their pollution inducing fumes. This particular boat ended up a considerable distance away from the bridge, as it seemed like it was a free-for-all out on the water. For some reason this evening, our captain was one of the last boats to get in position, hence our position further away. To add, the language in the itinerary needs reviewing. Our dinner came with soft drinks or beer. When we ordered, was informed alcohol was extra. I pointed out the itinerary stated otherwise and the hostess eventually brought one beer after conferring with her boss. The couple who rode with us and was on the same cruise said they had a similar experience. Please update the language to clearly include or exclude alcohol as part of the dinner or educate your employees on the specifics of the itinerary. There are paying customers who do read the fine print, so expectation management is everything.

Terrible cruise - Should avoid. - The food service was terrible. They took forever to bring the meal, delivering the main course after the cruise was over. The staff did not speak English, nor French, nor Spanish. It was difficult to order a drink. They did not even have an extra napkin. You may want to avoid this cruise.
