Ask for Ben’s! He was incredible as a driver!! - Our guide, Ben’s, was so prompt and took us everywhere we wanted to go, even if we cross-crossed areas. We had him for 2 days, 10 hours each day and he would have stayed for us longer if we needed him to!

Bangkok overnight - I’d like to say we had a fantastic experience with our driver Mr Mee. He was a lovely man who could not do enough for us. He followed the rough itinerary that my husband had suggested and although we didn’t do everything on the list that was because we were too tired; what we did do we loved and felt we got the best from our 2 day visit to Bangkok. Mr Mee spoke very good English, was a considerate and safe driver and was always ready to pick us up from wherever we were, so we had no problem with him at all and would be very pleased to have him again if we were so fortunate to do this tour again. Our past experience with Viator has always been good and this trip exceeded our expectations, so we would not hesitate to recommend you to any friends or family that wish to use your company.

Great trip - The driver's english is limited. So having an translator app on your phone helps. But you should have one anyway when traveling to foreign language countries. Driver worked well with us and even changed our itinerary to go to a whole different area on the way back to our ship. Great service!

Great time in Bangkok. - Driver was very professional and helpful. Sought our input on activities and schedule. Was very prompt and very safe driver. The driver is only a driver and is not a tour guide but does help you find and get into venues to see.

Driver was great but communication was difficult - Our driver did not speak English so we had to use a translation app to communicate. He got us to where we wanted to go and he navigated traffic like a pro and we got back to the port in plenty of time.

One night in Bangkok! - My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this 2 day package from the port to a hotel in Bangkok and back to the port. That said, I would recommend adding an English-speaking guide to the package. I did communicate with Viator a month before the trip and was put in touch with the local tour company who helped me customize the itinerary and add a guide to just one day. The guide, Mr. Sawat, was amazing! He was charismatic, knowledgeable, personable, and extremely helpful. We do numerous private tours, and he is the best we have ever had!! He was well worth the small extra charge, and I really wish we had added him for both days. The driver, Mr. Guy, was a great driver, but his English was very limited and he did not accompany us to the UNESCO sight; as such, we did not get much out of it. Bottom-line, adding a guide is a must unless you speak and understand Thai!! The highlights for us were the Grand Palace and the private long-boat ride on the canals. On our own, we did a Tuk-Tuk ride to Chinatown in the evening based on our hotel concierge recommendation which was a blast!

Dependable transportation - This is transportation and not a tour. Having said that the driver was very responsive using WhatsApp. He was on time and his vehicle was clean and comfortable with no strange smells or deodorizers. The vehicle seemed to be in good working order which is very important if you’re cruising. Its a 2 hour ride into Bangkok

Highly recommended. Must see Bangkok! - This was the best decision off of cruise ship we could make. Our driver Mr. Sak was extremely courteous and brought us around Bangkok and the Khao Kheow Open zoo (Moo Deng). DON’T miss Bangkok! It was worth the drive and we saw truly miraculous temples and palaces in an amazing culture with friendly people. Highly recommended.

Busy Bangkok - Nice vehicle. Good communication through Whatsapp. Driver's knowledge of English was minimal so communication was limited. We were able to do what we wanted but would not recommend this service if you're not creative!
