Tianjin Port - Temple of Heaven - Tiananmen Square - Forbidden City (L)
Tianjin International Cruise Port - A welcoming driver will be holding a sign with your full name and will meet you at the Tianjin Port Arrival Hall in the early morning. Please look for your name after exiting the baggage claim area. You will then be transferred to the Tianjin train station, where your driver will assist you in obtaining your train ticket. The train departs Tianjin at approximately 9:30 am.
Beijing South Railway Station - Upon arrival, your private guide and driver will greet you at Beijing South Railway Station to begin your exciting day.
Temple of Heaven - Your first stop will be the Temple of Heaven, constructed in 1420, and the largest religious worship building in China. As you stroll through the area, your tour guide will share its history, and you will also witness many locals practicing Tai Chi, singing, or dancing. It is a popular spot, especially for Beijing’s seniors. Feel free to join them if you wish.
Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - After enjoying a delicious local lunch, you will be taken to the renowned Tiananmen Square. Situated in the heart of Beijing, it measures 880 meters from south to north and 500 meters from east to west, making it a significant city square in Beijing, China.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, visit the Forbidden City, also known as the Imperial Palace or Palace Museum. It is the best-preserved imperial palace in China and the largest, with 9,999.5 rooms, serving as the Chinese imperial palace during the Ming and Qing Dynasties (closed on Mondays). After the tour, you will be transferred back to your Beijing hotel (arrangements on your own).
Mutianyu Great Wall - Tianjin Cruise Port (L)
Mutianyu Great Wall - Meet your tour guide and driver in the early morning to begin the Great Wall tour. The Great Wall at Mutianyu is highly favored by travelers for its stunning scenery, fewer tourists, and beautifully restored architecture. Enjoy the breathtaking views on the Wall for 2 to 3 hours.
Beijing South Railway Station - After visiting the Great Wall, enjoy a delicious dumpling lunch, then you will be dropped off at Beijing South Railway Station to catch your train (departing around 6:30 pm) back to Tianjin. If you choose to end the tour in Beijing, you will visit the Summer Palace after lunch, then be transferred back to your Beijing hotel when the tour concludes.
Tianjin International Cruise Port - Upon your arrival in Tianjin, your Tianjin driver will meet you at the Tianjin train station and transfer you back to Tianjin Port.
