Upon arrival at Quilotoa Lake, there is an excellent opportunity to capture a photo of the stunning extinct volcano crater, which houses a vivid green lake. The remarkable Quilotoa crater offers numerous options for hiking enthusiasts, with a diameter of 2 km and a depth of 500 m from the crater’s rim. The day concludes with a return to Quito in the afternoon.
