Experience a scenic self-guided bike ride along the Great Ocean Road, featuring dedicated bicycle and rail trails. This tranquil journey takes you through beautiful countryside, past dairy cows grazing in the fields, and over the historic Timboon Trestle Bridge at Curdie’s River. These charming country trails are peaceful and free from traffic, ensuring a relaxing ride without the need to navigate around other riders, walkers, dogs, or children.

The newly constructed 12 Apostles Bicycle Trail winds from Port Campbell on the Great Ocean Road to Timboon, Victoria (approximately 20km one way). This trail also connects to the Camperdown to Timboon Rail Trail in Timboon, extending your ride to Naroghid, near Camperdown, Victoria (approximately 30km one way).

Child/toddler seats, children’s bicycles, and children’s tow-along trailers are available. The child seat is suitable for children from 9 months to 3 years and comes with a helmet. Maximum weight is 22 kg. The kids’ tagalong trailer accommodates 2 children and is suitable for ages 3 to 9 years. Helmets are provided.
