A really nice walk - A good and quite easy walkwith an excellent guide, full of interesting information (in several languages). Recommended .

Highly recommended - Slow and steady climb. Not difficult or strenuous. Good shoes a necessity. Great guide gives frequent stops to give fascinating nformation and where everyone can get a breather.

Los Volcanes - Thank you to Raquel for this sublime excursion. The panoramas are very beautiful and its explanations add real added value! We were picked up at our hotel, everything went well. The van is comfortable and the road just as pleasant. Thank you again for this beautiful moment!

Simply the Best - Our third or fourth trek with Blackstone over a number of years. They are simply the best. Raquel's enthusiasm, knowledge, expertise and passion for Lanzarote are infectious and make every walk memorable. The walk itself was perfect and had clearly been thought through. It was just the right length and Raquel shared so many interesting history and eco facts along the way. Next time we are in Lanzarote, we will be sure to book on a trek again.

Very nice hiking off the beaten track - Very good contact with Raquel before we left for Lanzarote, to book a morning hike in the volcanoes in small group. Beautiful landscapes with lots of explanations (in French) about the places, the geology, the history of Lanzarote, not to mention good tips for tasting in a bodega and finding a good (cheap) restaurant just after the hike. Think about booking in advance

Good - The visit Was very interesting. The guide was well prepared and very passionate. I write more because requested by the form but i don't have anything else to say. Maybe you should ve more flexible about the review form. This has made the experience a little bit worse

A misbooking - Booked through get your guide: 24h before there was not the notified feedback, therefore I was at the booked time in the indicated parking lot and then called the provider afterwards; the guide unfortunately forgot to inform me that there are still pickups before and was 1h early at the meeting point. In the tender, English and Spanish were offered as languages and I had chosen English. Only two out of 10 participants did not speak French. The guide spoke a lot of French and translated only what was necessary and on request in English. If there's a franz. is to be leadership, then please write it out as such and perhaps not (it made the impression) exclude English bookings by not informing. Unfortunately for me (and someone else) it didn't come across clearly in the call that the guide isn't the one with certified national park guides in the national park, but on a path that I could have walked well on my own (without 42€) in private. I am not interested in the third repeat of the leader that she is a certified leader for the Canary Islands. I thought I had booked a national park tour, it wasn't certified for that and 90% of the content I already knew from my guidebook. A conversation the other day with a ranger of the national park said that they are often annoyed that "free tours" often leave guests unclear or undifferentiated. That fits me with the trip. That means for experienced active nature lovers I can only advise against and refer to the national park page.
