A great day with Behind the Bay! Couldn't recommend enough! - We had a great day with Tom on our tour. He showed us the best sights and you could tell he was very patient about his job. An extra special thank you for helping our friend get her trainers back off your bus! Would highly recommend Behind the Bay.

Good views, good music and good banter - The best tour in Byron! Harry took us to all the best stops in Byron, bringing good banter and the best Spotify playlist of throwbacks. Every person on the bus had a brilliant day, would definitely recommend.

Tom is Fantastic - Tom was fantastic from start to finish. He has great music taste which entertained whilst driving and was very informative too! He answered any questions and provided lots of information. The trip itself was great - you see some beautiful sights and get to have fun paddle boarding!

A reasonable day out - A good day. We were a family of 5, 2 adults, 3 kids (teenagers). Three itinerary items - Killian Falls, Lake Ainsworth, Broken Heads. The stand up paddle boarding was good - but the reason 4 not 5 would be the number of paddle boards. A full full full bus (20 people) probably means more boards. My second observation is this tour was shorter than advertised. We were collected at 1100 and finished at 1630. Cost analysis, we paid $600NZD for a family of five. There was little commentary and because there were 20 plus it was easy to feel part of a pack rather than a group tour. 600/5/5hrs = $24 per hour per person.

The guide is super... - The guide is super friendly and personable, his personality definitely makes the tour! Saw some pretty sights, the only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the tour was booked up with really young tour groups (I’m 25) and there were no other solo travellers on the tour to vibe with! Still a nice day, just make sure to bring shoes you’re willing to sacrifice and bring lots of water!
