- Fortress of Justinian - Situated near the ancient Justinian fortress, this is one of the few archaeological remnants still found in the center of the Albanian capital. The Castle is owned by the Toptani family, one of the wealthiest families in Albania and the Balkans, originally from the picturesque city of Kruja. The family relocated to Tirana in the 17th century. During the Ottoman era, some family members were appointed by the Empire to govern the Ottoman territories in Albania.
- Komiteti Bar - Tiranë - This Café-Museum is located within a communist-era apartment. It showcases artifacts from that period, such as old radios, furniture, tools, kitchenware, silverware, cups, and glasses. Travelers can enjoy coffee, refreshments, or rakia, the renowned Albanian spirit, here.
- Enver Hoxha Pyramid - This iconic structure was initially a museum dedicated to the Albanian communist leader (dictator). Following the fall of the communist regime in Albania, it served as a discotheque, cultural center, radio station, and exhibition space. The pyramid has now been renovated with modern architecture and is set to become the largest technological center in the Balkans, focusing on information and digital technology.
- Deshmoret E Kombit Boulevard - This is Tirana’s main boulevard, constructed in the 1930s. Travelers will see the main government buildings along this boulevard and learn about the modern history of Tirana and Albania.
- Mother Teresa Square - As the second-largest square in central Tirana, travelers will have the opportunity to see the Tirana University Building, Art University, Air Albania Arena, and other iconic and historical structures.
- Blloku - This leafy, residential area is a high-end nightlife and shopping destination, featuring trendy bars, cafes, and global restaurants alongside luxury boutiques. During the Communist era, it was a restricted area for the party elite, and the villa of the long-serving dictator Enver Hoxha still stands. The area also houses the monumental Presidenca e Republikës, the office of the Albanian president.
- Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Cathedral - Inaugurated in 2012, the Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Cathedral in Tirana is one of the largest cathedrals in the Balkans. It is beautifully decorated with mosaics and paintings and has become a popular attraction in Tirana.
