- Skanderbeg Square - The tour will include a visit to the Et’hem Bey Mosque, the oldest structure in Tirana and a significant symbol of the city. Its history and stunning decorations will be explored. Nearby, the Clock Tower stands as another emblem of historic Tirana and was once the tallest building. The tour will also cover other historical landmarks such as the National Bank of Albania, the National Museum, Hotel Tirana, the Palace of Culture, and Tirana Municipality.
- Rruga Murat Toptani - The route will pass by the Bunk Art 2 museum, which focuses on Communist atrocities, the Castle of Toptani, and the Prince Zogu Residence. The tour will also pass by the House of Parliament and the new Mosque, which is set to be the largest in the Balkans and is still under construction.
- Bulevardi Dëshmorët e Kombit - A leisurely walk along Tirana’s Main Boulevard will include sights such as the Pyramid, which served as Dictator Hoxha’s Museum after his death, the Prime Ministry, the Presidency, Parliament Offices, University, Academy of Arts, National Stadium, and more.
- Blloku - Formerly the residential area for communist leaders, Ex-Blloku was off-limits to ordinary citizens. The tour will pass by Hoxha’s house, where he lived during his rule over Communist Albania. Visitors will gain insight into what this area represented during the communist era and how it has transformed into the most lively and impressive area in Tirana today.

For three hours, participants will explore the main neighborhoods of Tirana, delving into its rich history from the Roman era, through the Ottoman period, the Communist era, and into the present day. The journey begins at the Main Square, where the foundation of Tirana and the surrounding architecture will be discussed. The tour will then proceed to the Toptani area, the old castle of King Zog, and the prince’s residence. Continuing along the Main Boulevard, the group will pass by notable landmarks such as the Pyramid, the Prime Ministry, Parliament Offices, the Presidency, and the University. The tour concludes with a visit to the ex-Blloku area, once the secluded residence of communist leaders, where Hoxha’s house remains visible from the outside. This tour is open to travelers from other Free Walking Tour platforms.
