The Perfect Cooking Class! - This class was amazing! Our instructors were so enthusiastic and thorough with helping us create our gyozas from scratch, while also giving us the space to work on our own! Everything was absolutely delicious, and we had a wonderful time cooking, eating, and chatting with the instructors!

Hawai’i gyoza eaters - Tamae and Saori speak English well and so friendly and patient. It does help to have some basic cooking skills such as using a knife and chopsticks.

Delicious Gyoza Making - It was a great and very interesting experience, I learned a lot in just 2 hours. There were quite a lot of people but the overall atmosphere was extremely comfortable. The staff were receptive and happy to answer any and all questions, great for people who wish to learn Japanese cuisine in a forgiving environment.

great solo or group activity! - The instructors were very kind! I went with a group of students from my university, and even though we hadn’t known each other previously, it was easy to bond over making gyoza. Definitely recommend to others as They’re non-Japanese speaker friendly-anything you’re unsure of, they’ll either explain it *lightly* in English, or with gestures, so you’re still able to follow along. Make sure you come a little hungry because the meal at the end is a lot of food! Bonus if you do know a little bit of Japanese because then the staff will joke around with you!
