Visits to the 5th Station are contingent on its accessibility for vans and favorable weather conditions. Please note that a new government shuttle system has been implemented to manage crowds during peak seasons, restricting private cars and vans from direct access to the 5th Station. If visiting, the driver will wait in the designated parking area while you take the shuttle. Be aware that the round trip via shuttle typically takes about 3 hours, so plan your time at other destinations accordingly to ensure a timely return to Tokyo.

• Chureito Pagoda - Chureito Pagoda is a stunning location near Mount Fuji. It is part of the Arakura Sengen Shrine and was constructed as a peace memorial in 1963. The pagoda is nearly 400 steps from the shrine, offering a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from the top.

• Lake Kawaguchiko - Lake Kawaguchi is a beautiful spot near Mount Fuji! As one of the Fuji Five Lakes, it provides stunning views of the iconic mountain. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the lake, rent a boat, or try stand-up paddleboarding. Nearby, there are hot springs and museums to explore, offering relaxation and insights into the area’s rich history.
