Excellent customer service! - We will have this tour on April 6th but I would like to write about the excellent customer service we received before hand. I wanted to get more information about our guide and the owner himself Gabriel called and reassured me that we will be in good hands in Tokyo. That was very nice and we truly appreciate it!
PS: if you booked the tour through Get Your Guide as we did or any other platform and you need more information just go on Jewel website get the phone number and contact them through What’s App and they will contact you!

Tokyo in 4 hours - In the run-up to the tour, we coordinated it well. We met on time and all the points and additional points were started. Irene was a great guide who delighted us.

Best walking Tour with Nate! - Hi Team, thanks again for the lovely tour today! I had the best time ever! I arrived yesterday and thought Tokyo was so overwhelming but since I had the tour today with Nate I feel like Tokyo is a true gem! 💎 🇯🇵 So many great cultural spots to see and experience. Dear Nate, thanks again for being the best tour guide ever! You truly know the city and Japan so well and gave me lots of tips to continue my journey here. I will be back soon for sure 🙏😃✈️

JAPAN 2026! - I had such a good time and the tour guide was so kind and sweet. They were able to answer all my questions and added some flare to the tour. When I come back to Japan, I will be choosing a different excursion to take with my friends.

Great guide and walking tour. - Our tour guide, Shish was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, very informative and professional. We did some train riding and lots of walking. He led us to the 45th floor of a Federal building where could get a good perspective of the city. He answered every question I had and I found him to be quite informed about history, population and facts about Japan and Tokyo. He was the best tour guide we could have had

Knowledge and skilled guide - The trip was arranged entirely according to our wishes. We got to see a lot other than typical sights, which was a wish from us.
Lollo was very knowledgeable and gave us many good tips also by the way of the trip.

Good way to start the trip - Rifa, our tour guide, was friendly and really helpful. She helped us visit sites and taught us how to get around in the train and local recommendations.

No-show tour operator - I made the reservation the same day of the tour. It was approved by viator and the operator. The tour didn’t state the specific time of the tour. I reached out multiple times to the tour operator to inquire about the pick up time and I never received any reply. The tour operator was a no-show. Sadly I spent half the day (my one of two days in Tokyo) waiting to hear back about the departure time only to not get any tour at all. I do not know what happened. Even viator was not able to make contact with the operator.
