Smooth, seamless service.... - Smooth, seamless service. Driver even arrived early. Price of transfer was very reasonable compared to US prices which are currently exorbitant and ridiculous. Save yourself the hassle of dragging multiple suitcases through public transportation in Japan and book yourself a private ride.

Professional and efficient way to get to the airport - We booked a car because we knew we Would have tons of bags from all the shopping and didn’t want to deal with carrying them on a train or not having enough room in a cab. This was the perfect solution for our family.

Very punctual and... - Very punctual and accommodating. We were a party of 9 with at least 2-3 bags each and he loaded and unloaded every single bag both to and from the airport. Highly recommend their transport services.

Great transfer experience - I had a great experience. I received communications the day before my reservation confirming details on number of passengers, bags etc, along with the name of the assigned driver. My hotel had a strange system where drop-offs and pickups are at a spot in the basement parking garage. I provided this information to the company. The driver turned up exactly on time in the correct spot. Everything went perfectly.
