Best Experience - This was the most amazing experience and so worth the money to go this way. Our driver messaged us right after we booked the trip from our hotel to airport. The day of the transfer they messaged to say the driver arrived his name and vehicle description and license plate. The vehicle was clean so comfortable we didn’t want to get out !!! He handled all of our luggage in and out of the van. I can’t say enough about our transfer. I highly recommend anyone who needs a transfer from Haneda Airport to their hotel in Tokyo book this !!!!!!!!

Best Decision in Japan‼️ - This company was AMAZING‼️💯💪🏼 This was my first time in Japan, traveling with my 5 year old and I used them for all 4 of my airport transfers in/out of Tokyo (Haneda). They were always on time, had great communication with each pickup, had a booster seat, and in some cars they had a movie for my kid to watch during the ride. I will ALWAYS use this company anytime I come to Japan. I will also recommend this company to all my friends traveling to Japan. Every company should follow their business ethic. The reliability of this company is unmatched! Greatest decision while traveling in Japan‼️💯👏🏼

Such a great service! - We had 5 people with 10 bags. The whole experience was really good! The driver was on time and super helpful. The car had plenty of space. We could have fit more people and bags. Highly recommend

Directional Problems - Waited an hour for the driver. Went to location they gave me and driver couldn’t find us. They made me pay 2000 yen for changing location. I did not change the location they gave me . The driver wouldn’t move until he was paid. Should’ve used Uber

Unreliable. Avoid the stress. - Really tried to give the benefit of the doubt here but definitely wish we had used a reliable service who would have been helpful during stressful travel days instead of making things harder. The first driver arrived at the airport for pick up misplaced two pieces of our luggage. For departure two separate drivers were late and we barely made our flight. This service booking was the most stressful part of our trip, both days.
