Nice day trip from Madrid - Our guide Lidiya was very good and provided a concise overview on history of Toledo and was spot on schedule. This is a nice day trip from Madrid to get some countryside views and history.

Perfect balance of tour and free time to explore - This trip was the perfect balance. We had a tour of Toledo (a little over an hour) and then three hours to explore on our own. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. There was time (after we arrived in Toledo but before the tour started) for us to grab coffee and use the restrooms, which we really appreciated. After the tour finished we enjoyed walking and shopping around the town.

Exactly what I wanted and... - Exactly what I wanted and expected! I did the express tour and my tour guides name was Maria. She was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Gave some recommendations where to get food when we were done. Had about 3.5 hours of time to explore alone and I was able to zipline, go shopping, and eat all after the tour!

Great tour, definitely recommend! - Panoramic view is really cool and without the tour you may not get to see the city in its entirety from this perspective. Tour guide was really friendly and had great English. Leaving times were punctual and organised. A short, insightful walking tour around the city, with 3-4 hours free time after to explore the city by yourself, which we found to be enough time. Thanks to Ibe Tours for a nice day!

Excursion to Toledo from Madrid - Well deserved choice, really worth it... My guide Amanda was very good and above all very clear. Even the bus driver whose name I don't remember was very kind and helpful.
Surely if I were to return to those parts I would contact the same agency again.

Nice day in Toledo - The tour has been very interesting and well organized.
After a 1 and a half hour walking tour with our local guide Eva ñ, who explained everything to us very well in English and Spanish, we had a lot of free time to discover Toledo and its wonders on our own.
We had a great time on the bus trip, the driver Ricardo was very attentive and professional.

Awful guide, terrible tech for this tour - We have toured through England, Italy, and now Spain and I can honestly say, very sadly, this was the worst tour we have ever taken. The bus was fine and the guide on the bus was fine, but then we were handed over to Maria, who was in a very big hurry. She flipped between Spanish and English very quickly, and it was hard to keep up. She also walked very fast and talked before the entire group had caught up to her, which meant most of us missed a lot of what she said. She only wore a little speaker and we did not have headsets like on most tours, so it was hard to hear her, even if you were right in front of her – and passing vehicles or loud people didn’t stop her from talking on. At the end, she told us that she had spent too much time with us already and took off. I feel like I didn’t learn much about the town and what I did see was a blur because we were running to catch up most of it– there was barely time to take photos of the things we did find interesting. I was disappointed in the constant flip-flopping between languages instead of one tour for Spanish speakers, and one for English speakers. I would like to visit Toledo again with a better guide because it seemed like an amazing place. It’s important to know that we are not even close to elderly. I have no idea how the people older than us got anything out of it, and suspect they didn’t.
We also started the tour in a large square with about four other tours at the same time, and told this was our opportunity to use the facilities. But the only facilities were at a Burger King and a McDonald’s, neither of whose staff was thrilled to be inundated with potty-hunting tourists. I don’t understand why we didn’t go to the public toilets at the visitors center, which was much better equipped to handle all of us.
This was our third Viator booking in a week and the only one that was really a disappointment – and it was truly disappointing. Sadly, I don’t recommend it.

IBE Excursions NEVER AGAIN! - My husband and I were waiting since before 9am on 04-02 for a trip to Toledo - Spain with nine other people and the bus simply didn't SHOW UP. We called, the phone was not answered, we sent an email and nothing. After waiting for over an hour, they said they couldn't do anything, as the bus had passed and didn't see 11 (ELEVEN) PEOPLE! A TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT! IBE Excursions NEVER AGAIN!
