Got engaged in the Nevado - We had an amazing time. Ruben was very punctual and picked us up right on our doorstep without any complications. At the Nevado, he provided us with hiking sticks and kept checking in with us to make sure we were feeling ok with the altitude. When my partner proposed he immediately took videos and photos of us and send them to us! Overall, great hike, and beautiful scenery.

Spectacular view, caring tourguide - Richard was incredibly attentive to our needs, consistently demonstrating care by offering blankets, tissues, and frequent breaks during the hike. We even finished the tour ahead of schedule! We felt completely safe and well-cared for throughout the journey, and were absolutely blown away by the spectacular scenery and countless photo opportunities. While the interior of the vehicle was clean and Richard drove safely, the older car's suspension felt somewhat harsh on the longer drives. This minor detail aside, I would wholeheartedly recommend Richard and this tour to others. His dedication and the breathtaking views made for an unforgettable experience

Solo travller private tour - I had a fantastic day with Abraham. He spoke excellent English(unforunately i can't speak Spanish) he was so nice to talk to. Very relaxed and chilled. And the landscape. Beautiful. Highly recommend

Excellent tour knowing the snowy - Ricardo was an excellent guide and very attentive to the needs. A magnificent landscape that we could travel with an easy/medium difficulty, a regular effort for a person used to exercise.

Good sights and beautiful mountains - The snowy mountain was very nice. But the time for the tour was quite straight as the guide told us it's the policy of the service provider.

Beautiful snowy hike - Me and hubby took this tour through Epic Journey. While the mountain and hike itself was very beautiful, it was quite crowded which we didn’t expect. There was almost an hour long wait for the restroom and again long waits for the trucks which you need to go up and back down the mountain. Richard our guide was very nice and helpful but unfortunately he didn’t speak much English though we specifically requested an English guide. Overall though would definitely recommend this hike, just be prepared for crowds :)

Extremely bad experience, avoid at all - This was one of the most disturbing tour experiences I have ever had, and I feel it is important to warn other travelers. The guide (Ruben) behaved in a highly unprofessional and concerning manner throughout the hike. He provided almost no explanation about the area, did not manage the group, and often walked far ahead of everyone instead of guiding. During the descent he repeatedly stopped to chat with strangers and paid little attention to the group’s progress or safety. The most serious incident happened when my friend was simply taking a photo of himself. Ruben approached him aggressively, threatened to hit him, and then struck him. My friend did not touch him at any point and was only trying to move away from the situation. A guide threatening violence toward a guest is extremely serious and unacceptable. What made the situation even worse was the response from the company. Instead of asking for our side of the story or conducting any investigation, they immediately contacted us to relay Ruben’s accusation that we had “physically assaulted” him. This was completely untrue and felt like an attempt to shift responsibility without any effort to understand what actually happened. We were also uncomfortable with the way we were treated as Asian guests, as Ruben’s attitude toward us felt hostile and disrespectful. Safety should be the most basic responsibility of a tour company. Unfortunately, this experience showed the opposite. If a guide behaves aggressively toward guests and the company responds by accepting the guide’s accusation without investigation, that raises very serious concerns. Travelers should be aware of this before booking.
