Staff assistance with party was very helpful. They are polite, attentive, and courteous.

The staff is very professional and kind! They did a great job. Everything was wonderful. The only thing I think that could be changed is to not book the next party until at least 15 minutes after the current one has been that it was a great experience.

Overall it was great. I think i was expecting to have thr party area space instead of the tables by concession stand. It was pretty crowded for our party, not alot of space for coats, shoes etc. But Rosie was super amazing and kids had a blast.
