Staff were very helpful, all I brought was the cake. They provided everything else needed. The kids had a blast, & I liked the price. We’d definitely do another party here!

When I checked in I was asked about pizzas and drinks. They brought the pizza but didn't brings drinks. I had asked 2 separate times for the drinks to be brought before the attendants brought them. I was also asked if I needed a utensil to cut the cake was told they would bring me something and never did, everything else was good and my daughter had a great time

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We appreciated the customer service. They were kind, and explained everything well. Excellent service! The reason for 4 stars is a few things I think could improve. The area by the concession is very small, and when you are hosting a party and letting in other customers, it fills up fast and creates a chaotic environment. Also, many customers were putting their things on our reserved area, and we had to kindly ask them to move, instead of the staff. My other suggestion is to not schedule parties back to back. I obliged when asked to wrap up my space and event 20 minutes early to give the staff time to set up for the next party, but when paying as much as we did, I feel a full 2hrs of reserved space is more then fair, and then the next party can be scheduled 30 minutes after the full 2hrs is up for the staff to set up. We got the space for 1hr and 30min. It really felt rushed and was chaotic for me trying to get all our stuff out of there in the mist of a party still going on and kids attending still out skating on the rink. I hope in the future the concession area gets an extension of some kind. It definitely needs to be bigger. And that a birthday party package is a full 2hrs at least for partygoers to fully enjoy the experience. Other than that, my child enjoyed the party and we greatly appreciate the customer service by the staff. They were so pleasant and helpful.
