A good time to enjoy with friends - A great time lots of fun and some competitive friends. Jess and Lydia took us through everything explaining the games with the right approach and right energy. Great fun.

Great experience - Louise was amazing! The group had a lot of fun. Great day would recommend to anyone who is looking for lighthearted fun on a hen/ stag. Not all of us knew eachother before attending and it set up for a great night of celebrating after breaking the ice.

Hen party fun - Had the best time. Honestly so so funny . Great laughs had by all, would recommend to anyone who wants to just have a laugh and get involved. Our team instructor was good too. Kept us all going , thanks Andrew .

Great activity for parties - Took part in the Welsh games today 12/04/25, we had Cody as our organiser. Cody provided us with clear instructions to make sure we understood the game, ensured the safety equipment was worn properly. Cody made sure that our games were well spaced out with the other groups taking part, to ensure you were not waiting around in between games. Good fun activity to do for stag and hen parties.

A Deeply Disappointing and Unreliable Experience – Proceed with Extreme Caution - It is with considerable disappointment and genuine concern that I write this review regarding our recent experience with the Welsh Games. An activity for a group of ten was meticulously planned and booked well in advance for the 26th of July – an event around which we had built our entire itinerary, travel, and accommodation arrangements. Regrettably, two weeks prior to the scheduled date, I was contacted via both email and telephone with the rather startling news that our booking had been summarily cancelled. The rationale provided was that our group constituted the only booking on the day, which the company claimed was an anomaly compared to their usual volume of five to eight groups. As a result, they made the unilateral decision to shut down the venue entirely for the day in question, citing operational costs. While they did extend an alternative offer, a 50% discount at their Bristol venue, over 90 minutes away, this was neither practical nor acceptable, particularly given the effort, coordination, and planning already invested. This conduct reflects a profound lack of professionalism, reliability, and customer-centric ethos. A service-based organisation should understand that when a group books months in advance, they are not merely purchasing an experience, but also placing trust in the provider’s commitment to deliver as agreed. Cancelling such an event, especially so close to the date, with minimal recourse, demonstrates an alarming disregard for customer expectations and contractual integrity. We were placed in the inconvenient and unenviable position of having to reorganise a key part of a stag weekend itinerary at short notice, an imposition that caused undue stress and logistical difficulty. Quite frankly, this is not behaviour befitting any reputable establishment, let alone one positioning itself as a leading provider of group activity experiences. To those considering a booking with Welsh Games: I would urge the utmost caution. Despite what may appear to be a well-run and dependable operation, this experience proves that bookings can be cancelled at the company’s discretion, regardless of the inconvenience caused to paying customers. This fundamentally undermines the very purpose of making advance arrangements, to secure certainty. In conclusion, while I understand that businesses face challenges, the onus is on them to honour commitments made to their clients. The way this matter was handled was not only inconsiderate but also commercially irresponsible. I would strongly advise prospective customers to consider alternative venues with more dependable reputations. One should not have to second-guess the reliability of a booking made in good faith.
