Llamas in the Desert - We enjoyed our 2-hour llama trek with our guide, Katie, and our llama companions Ace and Hershel! Katie was very informative about the surrounding geology and about the care and training of the llamas. We were the last guests of the season and the special attention Katie gave us.

Amazing!! - Most incredible trip! Katie was an amazing guide who made hiking with the llamas like walking our dogs at home. The llamas were so sweet!

Awesome hike with llamas! - Our family of four (2 older teens) had an amazing time!! Kristie (spelling?) was an awesome guide - explained how to lead our llamas well, kept an eye on us and them, and shared interesting stories. The llamas were tons of fun - such expressive creatures, each with their own personalities. We’re animal lovers and this was the perfect experience. Add in the amazing views in Torrey, and this couldn’t have been better!

DEFINITELY go on one of these hikes!!! - This was an WONDERFUL hike—may have been the best 2 hours of any of our recent travels! Phil was our guide and in addition to teaching our group about llamas (they’re much more than cute!) he led us through gorgeous scenery and gave us a great education on the geography, history and landscape we were traveling through. We really didn’t want our 2 hours to come to an end. We highly recommend Wilderness RidgeTrail Llamas!!

Great experience and beautiful animals! - Phil was an amazing guide. Loved his enthusiasm and expertise with the animals and surrounding area. This was super fun to handle these beautiful animals and learn so much about them that we didn’t know. Great experience!!!! Highly recommend.

A must do experience!! - Such a great experience! We called the day before and they were able to schedule us for a 2 hour private hike (for 2) the next day. Our guide was wonderful and very informative educating us on all kids of different things about the llamas and Capital Reef National Park. Our llama were very sweet and did a great job on the hike. I hope we can come back sometime and do one of the multi-day trips!!

lots of gear for a 2 hour hike - Why in the world would you need a llama for a 2 hour hike? Over night maybe, but don't you think you can carry your own water bottle for 2 whole hours? That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of! Good Grief!
