Kamakura & Enoshima - Beautiful Tour. Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine can be reduced from 2 hour to 1.5 hour and Enoshima can be increased from 2 hour to 2.5 hour.

A wonderful day trip with beautiful shrines & temples - Visited many beautiful shrines & temples. Even though weather was a bit disappointing, we still enjoyed our time. Koji our tour guide was very professional, polite and helpful. Good communication in english and clear instructions with the time and meeting point. The time duration for each stops are well plan, we have enough time to scroll around on our own.

Nice day out - This was a nice day out. There was lots of free time, so we were able to really focus on the things we really wanted to see at each spot. Enoshima Island was super crowded! There is one main street with shops and restaurants, and it was shoulder to shoulder from one end to the other! The great Buddha was incredible, especially after reading some of the history of the site. This is a trip that you could do independently, but without a car it would be difficult. This tour was a great combination of convenient transportation with explanation as we traveled to each site, then free time at the site. Our guide did a terrific job of providing color coded maps for each site and clearly explaining where to find the bus, and where to see things based on each person's interests.

A wonderful tour across beautiful temples and cultural sites. - The tour guide was friendly and informed, providing us with a clear schedule and plenty of recommendations for things to do at all our locations. The tour itself took us to several excellent locations in Kamakura and Enoshima, each of which was culturally fascinating and surrounded by multiple food and souvenir shops. My only wish was that I had even more time as each location was so fascinating and had so much to do, that even with the generous amount of time our guide gave us I always left wanting to do something more.

Great day trip from Tokyo - The three most important sites in Kamakura are the feature of this trip. Enoshima Island was very nice but unless you skipped lunch you weren’t going to see a few sites that seemed worthwhile.

Kamakura and Enoshima were beautiful - Yuki did a wonderful job preparing us for each stop. Kamakura is beautiful . Of the temples we visited in town hasedera temple was the most interesting with multiple buildings to view and an amazing ocean view. My favorite part of the trip was Enoshima. We were able to visit all 3 shrines during our time there. The 360 yen for the 3 escalator rides to the top was well worth it since the island top is so steep. This was an absolutely wonderful day trip from Tokyo

Enoshima - Buddha and Enoshima were the best places we visited, the other temples were okay to visit , but seeing the big Buddha and going to the island of Enoshima were our favorite placex

Too long - The trip was too long, 8:30 in the morning to 7pm. Could have eliminated the last stop, too many stairs after climbing stairs at other stops. Nothing noteworthy too see, only places to eat.

Worst Tour I have taken thru Viator - First of all my tour didn't started as planned because for some reason, when I added the meeting point to my calendar, the wrong one was downloaded. A glitch? So I ended up missing my tour bus. I had to hop on a train to get to Hakone to meet up with the group. On my way there, I don't know how many texts I sent asking for someone to contact the tour guide. I called, texted Viator, the tour company, etc. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, and getting annoyed because no one could tell me where to meet my group and who my tour guide was, I started getting direct replies and got a call back. I'm not sure if the operators didn't understand the texts I was sending or the questions I was asking, or if they were just playing dumb...... because there only answered wast that I missed the bus because I didn't arrive on time. Daaaaaa!!! Oh my God, I already knew that, which is why I was on a train on my way to catch up with the group in Hakone. It was a struggle to get them to help me contact the tour guide or the travel company. Finally, once I got angry, I got a call and they told me the guides were waiting for me at the McDonald's outside the train station. I was an hour late, but at least I caught up with the group on time to continue with the tour schedule. Let me tell you, the guide we had, knew nothing about anything. Any questions I asked, she couldn't answer or didn't know anything about it. There were barely any explanations. All she did was give us pamphlets of the places we where visiting, and let us know that we had to be in a certain area at a specific time. The last part of the tour was Enoshima Island, oh my god... First of all, the place was a madhouse, overrun with tourists. Second, the map our tour guide gave us wasn't descriptive enough; it was worthless. A lovely lady on the island gave me one that was perfect and easy to follow. We only had two hours, which is not much time to explore the island... you need at least three hours. Especially when you have to figure out where the hell you're going and what you're supposed to do, because the tour guide was useless and didn't explain anything at all. The worst tour ever! I don't recommend it.
