The dive site is in Mar Menuda, one of the top diving spots on the Costa Brava, located in Tossa de Mar.

Introduction to Scuba Diving at Sea
This is a one-day activity lasting approximately three hours. An instructor will provide an introduction covering the operation of the equipment, breathing techniques, underwater movement, and communication signals.
After receiving the necessary equipment for the dive, participants will be transported to the beach for the dive initiation, always under the supervision of an instructor. The dive will reach a maximum depth of 12 meters and last about 40-45 minutes. After enjoying this unforgettable experience, participants will return to the center to shower and change.

REQUIREMENTS:
Participants should not have heart, respiratory, or ear issues, and should not be pregnant.
Avoid flying for at least 12 hours post-dive.
The minimum age is 8 years, with parental or guardian authorization required for minors. Please inform us if a child is participating (children aged 8 and 9 have a maximum depth limit of 6 meters).
