This gets you where you need to be - This excursion is transportation ONLY. It gets you from point A to point B and back again. Others said that you could've taken a train instead. However, you might not be close to where you want to be and that is a waste of time. Wasting time on vacation is a waste of money. This gets you to where you need to go and back.

Great, Inexpensive, Way To See Carcassonne from Toulouse - Carcassonne was a "must-see," along with many other tourist attractions, on our bucket list in France. You get what you pay for. This tour does exactly what it says it does, and it does it both efficiently and well. The pick-up location in central Toulouse was perfect for us. You pick your seats on the bus. The bus dropped us off and picked us up in front of the castle. The brochure provided was helpful and the departure time is listed. There is no tourist guide or hand-holding (you don't need it). Be very sure not to be late because the bus doesn't wait very long for anyone after the designated time. There was plenty of time and then some to walk around and see everything (e.g., numerous tourist craft and souvenir shops, restaurants, inner castle, ramparts) inside. Note that it was a very hot day and few restaurants have indoor air conditioning. However, contrary to previous reviews, we found the bus to be air-conditioned and very comfortable, and the bus provided a very relaxing ride from Toulouse.

Interesting - Great driver, nice place to visit overall it was worth the price. Wonderful buildings and antiquity conserved from 111C . Lots of eateries and public WC’s available which is rare 😜

Get your Guide tour - Get your Guide did not answer our calls after arriving in Carcassonne on our own. We wanted to be sure to use our paid for tickets and bus back to Toulouse later that day. I called 3 times and they hung up on me every time. When finally my husband got them to respond after getting the staff at the tourist office to make the call for us.They were incredibly vague about direction’s for locating our return bus. It’s white and next to a little train, that was it! There was no little train, and yes it was white but it had huge ads on the sides for ski trip tours! No where on the bus did it say City Tours, Get Your Guide etc! We re lucky to make it back to Toulouse at all.

Just a bus ride - nothing more - This tour is a simple bus ride from Toulouse to the Porte Narbonnaise at Carcassonne. That said, it’s a nice bus and personable driver. The town is is lovely (although very touristy). I recommend one of the guided tours at the castle.

I feel cheated - What you offer doesn't correspond to what you did and what we paid for, a deception. No. Lo. I recommend. You pay more than they offer.

This tour was... - This tour was TRANSPORTATION ONLY. They just give you a leaflet where you download yourself the audio guide. Very impersonal. I could have just taken the train.
