Top - Well organised trip. Great experience from beginning till the end. The driver was a very friendly lady. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great, Inexpensive, Way To See Carcassonne from Toulouse - Carcassonne was a "must-see," along with many other tourist attractions, on our bucket list in France. You get what you pay for. This tour does exactly what it says it does, and it does it both efficiently and well. The pick-up location in central Toulouse was perfect for us. You pick your seats on the bus. The bus dropped us off and picked us up in front of the castle. The brochure provided was helpful and the departure time is listed. There is no tourist guide or hand-holding (you don't need it). Be very sure not to be late because the bus doesn't wait very long for anyone after the designated time. There was plenty of time and then some to walk around and see everything (e.g., numerous tourist craft and souvenir shops, restaurants, inner castle, ramparts) inside. Note that it was a very hot day and few restaurants have indoor air conditioning. However, contrary to previous reviews, we found the bus to be air-conditioned and very comfortable, and the bus provided a very relaxing ride from Toulouse.

Rejuvenating holiday. - Holiday in Hotel Garden Terme in Montegrotto Terme Hotel that I highly recommend.
We went as a couple and took a package to the spa inside. We were lucky enough to meet Sonia a very good masseuse, in addition to her skill she had the sensitivity of an angel.
Thank you Sonia!!!!

Drop Off point right at the gates of the old city, worthwhile - Easy-to-find rendezvous point on Blvd. Jean Jaures near the fountain happened to be walking distance from my hotel. Comfortable bus left on time, personnel spoke both French & English. We were dropped off steps away from the Old Walled City gate & from there on, it was up to us to figure out where to go & what do in the old place. The castle tour was an additional cost but worth it. Many little shops hawking souvenirs, ice cream, costume jewelry, toys, and other tourist goods. Lots of creperie stands, gelato & other hand held foods on hand. Sidewalk cafes & some restaurants throughout the walled city, old 11th-14th Century cathedral was a great photo opportunity. The bus was waiting for us at 4:15 PM, just about the right amount of time to spend the day there. So convenient not to have to take a train, figure out which bus would go up to the Old Town, wait for bus to get back to train etc.

Carcassonne day trip - The coach provided was good and the driver excellent. The guide met everyone at the pickup point and explained the arrangements for the return trip.
A leaflet was provided which gave details about the audio guide, which basically was an app which you had to download which you could then enter the name of the place you were visiting and get limited information.

I feel cheated - What you offer doesn't correspond to what you did and what we paid for, a deception. No. Lo. I recommend. You pay more than they offer.

No tour, just bus transport... - Carcassonne is great, well worth the visit... but this tour is just bus transport, nothing else... and left 30 mins late.

This tour was... - This tour was TRANSPORTATION ONLY. They just give you a leaflet where you download yourself the audio guide. Very impersonal. I could have just taken the train.

Never again - Additional info very important. So if you insist in going to this site be aware of two important points on arriving there. The access from the main road is a mare. Over a very, very busy junction with hardly any room on the approach road up a steep and short bit of tarmac to a set of lights controlling a one vehicle bridge. If that wasn't bad enough, the entrance and exit to the site is positively dangerous. As we tried to get round the exit, with the boy just standing watching, we couldn't get the caravan around the gate, basically got stuck turning to our left to go back the way we came (yes over that awful junction and. bridge).Luckily a gentleman (who did give a damn) gesticulating to tell us to go to our right and follow the road around, as we found, to the motorway; this bit of info is nowhere to be found, not even on ACSI. Basically, the approach road, entrance and exit to the place is hell, if you must go find the other route; it won't affect us, as you can imagine; also, enjoy the nearby club playing music till 6am.
