A Serene Stroll Through Time

As I stepped into the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens in Tramore, I felt an immediate sense of calm wash over me. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lady who runs the gardens. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. She shared stories about the gardens and encouraged me to explore every nook and cranny. Her husband, with his charming Northern Irish accent, invited me to join a storytelling workshop. Although I couldn’t attend due to time constraints, I promised myself I would return to experience it fully.

A Promise to Return

As I reluctantly left the gardens, I couldn’t shake the feeling of tranquility that had enveloped me during my visit. The Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens are truly a gem in Tramore, a place where cultures blend seamlessly to create a haven of peace and beauty. I left with a promise to return, to dive deeper into the stories and experiences that the gardens have to offer.
