By making a valid reservation, you enable us to arrange your airport pickup in Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino). Our driver will greet you inside the arrival terminal at a designated airline Meeting Point. They will assist with your luggage and take the quickest route to your destination in Rome.

The driver will wait for up to one hour and thirty minutes after your flight lands. After this period, a surcharge of €50 will be applied. If there is no contact one hour and forty minutes post-landing, the driver will be released, and the service will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event of a flight delay, if our schedule permits, we will wait for your plane to land, with any additional waiting time charged at €20 per hour.
