Highly recommended - I found the service very good. We book 3 RG Transfer transfers for the carnival week from GIG airport to Copacabana, from Copacabana to Buzios and from Buzios to GIG. We really liked the attention by WhatsApp fast and Spanish, especially Bruna, who helped us with kindness and patience to understand the different vehicle options and payment method. We also liked the willingness to help us with some unforeseen changes. The drivers were also very friendly. As an improvement, the vehicle we were sent for the transfer of 4 people on Monday 16th from Rio to Buzios was not comfortable (a sedan car) for a trip of more than 3 hours.

Security and friendliness. - We received a very good, professional, serious and friendly service. For our peace of mind, we were sent a service contract, driver details and a photograph of the vehicle. The drive was quiet, the driver very friendly and responsible. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent service - I booked the transfer for my daughters from Rio to Buzios. The service was excellent in all aspects. Bruna provided us with clear information in Spanish, with the precise terms and with great kindness. He cleared up all our doubts and remained vigilant. The communication was smooth and the day before we were sent both the driver's data, vehicle and the detail (accompanied by photos) of how to get to the meeting point. That made it so easy. The transfer was excellent. The girls arrived early at the airport, so the company officials proposed that they take the previous shift, and should not have waited. The vehicles are comfortable and safe. We highly recommend it.

Clear and smooth - We hire shuttle service for 7 hours to travel the points that interested us at our own pace. In our case with 3 seniors and a child plus 2 adults. From the first moment I contacted Bruna, her care was excellent. Always well prepared and quick response. He told us the next steps and it was all very clear. Our assigned driver, Wilson very respectful and friendly. I would definitely choose them again.

Excellent journey from Buzios to Rio de Janeiro - We are a family of three and travel from Buzios to Rio de Janeiro. It was an excellent trip, the driver very friendly and punctual (arrived at our inn 25 minutes in advance), the car spacious and very comfortable. Very convenient price. 100% recommended
