Trusted shuttle service between Guatemala City and Antigua, or inter-city - In town for a destination wedding and returning to the airport: other guests using a different service received warnings of road closings and informed they needed to be picked up at 3am for airport transport. We trusted Quetzal Shuttle, did not buy into the hype, and had a leisurely breakfast before being picked up at 8 am for the airport run. If there was even a minor slow-down, the driver took an alternative cut-through, but the ride was smooth and quick. Driver had water for all passengers and the vans are clean and air conditioned. Note: this company is based in Guatemala City. Owner William is communicative and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love Quetzal Shuttle! - For family visiting Guatemala for the first time for a destination wedding, this company made the whole experience more than we could have ever anticipated ♥ Were met at the airport gate with signs and took to two different locations in Antigua. Drivers speak different levels of English but, as common in Guatemala, if any question, they use Google translate to be clear on communication. Vans are air conditioned, clean, and roomy. They did not bring water to the airport so we bought some for the ride at the airport store before the 1.5 hour ride. * note - it WAS supplied on the ride back a few days later
