Good - Really good service, easy to arrange and a fair price. Made it there in reasonable time. Space for the cases.

Tight drop off time - I would have preferred to be a bit earlier. We arrived at 12:00 for a 1:10 flight. By the time we got our bags dropped and through security, we had 20 minutes before we boarded. There was a large group ahead of us at bag drop that had issues.

Good service but scary driving - Great service that was on time & good air conditioning, however the driver really wasn’t very good at driving & I was scared. If I didn’t have a flight to catch I would have got out and found another way to my destination.

Good service but a serious flaw - We used this service to and from our accommodation in Airlie Beach. Waited about 20 minutes to leave the airport. Bus had panel damage and was a bit tired. Not a recent model obviously. Communication regarding the return journey was excellent however, the bus dropped us at the airport more than two hours before the departure time - half an hour before check in opened. The company obviously maximises numbers to cater for all carriers. Two hours at the Proserpine Airport is a test for anyone. With the benefit of hindsight I would organise a private transfer or take a taxi. The driver on the return was pleasant enough but he regularly checked his phone for text messages and appeared to send them whilst driving. On at least two occasions his eyes were off the road for at least 10 seconds while he was holding his phone. Very dangerous and unprofessional.

Nearly missed my flight - Bus was late, they had to come and pick me up in their car and take me to bus, had to wait and nearly missed my check in for the plane. Very stressful. Check in closed straight after I checked in!! Close call! Not happy!

We had to wait one hour... - We had to wait one hour upon our arrival to leave for our hotel because we had to wait for another flight to come in. One of the reasons for choosing this was because it is advertised as a small bus so fewer pickups. On the return trip a much bigger bus came so it wasn’t fast at all!
