Aegadian Islands - 08:00/08:30: Arrival at the fishing spot and deployment of gear and nets into the sea
Guests on board can actively engage in fishing operations, accompanied by our crew and guided by the captain. While waiting for the nets to be retrieved, the journey continues with a tour of the marine protected area of the Egadi Islands, between Favignana and Levanzo, or along the scenic Trapani coastline. Along the way, there will be opportunities to stop for a swim in the sea. - Isola di Favignana - The island of Favignana, the largest in the Egadi archipelago, is located off the west coast of Sicily. Renowned for its crystal-clear waters, charming coves, and striking limestone cliffs, it is an ideal destination for sea and nature enthusiasts. Famous for the historic Florio tuna fishery, once one of the most significant in the Mediterranean, Favignana continues to uphold the traditions of tuna fishing. The main village, with its picturesque harbor and lively alleyways, offers an authentic and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for experiencing Mediterranean beauty.
- Trapani - Return to the fishing point and retrieval of the nets: guests can collaborate with the crew in catching the fish and hauling out the gear. Around 1 pm: Lunch on board featuring a typical Sicilian menu: caponata, couscous alla Trapanese, and freshly grilled fish with drinks included (water, wine, and coffee). Around 14:30: Final phase of the fishing trip, concluding at approximately 16:00. Around 17:00: Return to the port of Trapani.
