The adventure commences with the classic Neapolitan cuoppo fritto, offered as a warm welcome before exploring the vineyards. Upon arrival, guests are treated to fresh bread adorned with Piennolo del Vesuvio tomatoes, olive oil from Casa Setaro, and a first toast with Pietrafumante, the estate’s traditional-method sparkling wine crafted from 100% Caprettone grapes.
In a friendly gathering around a large barrel embellished with Vesuvian grape clusters, guests will select their own tomato, crush it on warm bread, and season it with olive oil, salt, and fresh basil picked directly from the plant.
Following the vineyard tour, guests enter the barrel room to explore two exclusive wines aged in amphora, discovering how ancient techniques blend with modern winemaking.
The experience concludes with a leisurely three-course traditional lunch—starter, homemade first course, and dessert—served in the upper dining room or in the garden, perfectly paired with selected estate wines.
