The experience begins with a tour of the olive trees, following a path where stories and people are shared, and the production process of our extra virgin olive oil is explained, highlighting the importance of healthy eating. The journey continues through our land, revealing stunning views of the Piccole Dolomiti Lucane and the Gallipoli Cognato Park, a protected natural area in Basilicata. Guests will admire the olive groves, and beneath the shade of these valuable trees, a picnic will be prepared featuring locally produced meats and cheeses, oil-based bruschetta, and a dessert made with our homemade jams, offering a complete immersion in nature.
