Nice walk to get our bearings and learn about the area - We disembarked Majestic Princess and made our way to the Savoi Excelsior Hotel where our guide, Mateo met us. We had a lovely walk about and learned so much about the culture and history of Trieste and the surrounding area. Then our room was ready upon our return!

Highly recommended tour - Gioia was a wonderful tour guide. Very informative tour. Information was well presented at each stop. Got to experience Trieste like a local. Coffee shop was awesome. Would highly recommend.

A beautiful morning in Trieste - We had a very enjoyable and informative walk with Gioia. She was our guide and we really enjoyed our time with her, she showed us many places that we would not have found otherwise and gave us tips on where to eat, drink and go to the beach. She also gave us excursion tips for the next day. We had a great time and can only recommend this tour!

Request GOIA for your guide ! - Goia was an EXCEPTIONAL GUIDE in Trieste ! She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated . She was a great story teller who made a lasting impression on us . My 13 year old niece even liked Trieste more than Venice —-/ in great part thanks to Goia !

Recommended because the... - Recommended as the visit is not standard but adapts to the needs of visitors. Particularly suitable for those who like to really know the city 'outside the ritual routes. The assigned guide (Valentina) was excellent and made the day particularly interesting.

An amble around Trieste, coffee and the Miramare Castle. - My wife and I organised a personal walk around tour with Santiago when we visited Trieste recently. He was a very likeable tour guide and we got on well with him. We were able to chat with him about his travels and his visit to Australia a few years ago. He took us around the main squares of Trieste and pointed out various churches and other historical buildings. He finished up by taking us to a lovely small cafe down some back streets which we would not have found ourselves. We then hatched a plan to visit Miramare Castle about a half an hour bus ride along the coast as we had the afternoon free. Santiago accompanied us there, just so happened he was working there in the afternoon, so it suited us all. It was well worth the visit and we caught the ferry back to Trieste. A very enjoyable few hours with Santiago.

My 1 Day experience in Trieste - What set Matteo apart was his thoughtful and personalized approach to the tour. A day before our scheduled excursion, he took the time to inquire about our interests and preferences, ensuring that the tour itinerary aligned perfectly with what we wished to see and experience. His patience and relaxed demeanor immediately put us at ease, creating a comfortable and enjoyable environment for exploration. He definitely enjoys his city and has great knowledge on where to eat and best food to try after the tour.

Excellent local tour. - Fun, informative, insider tour. We totally enjoyed our Trieste tour with Chiara who was born and raised here. She took us to see many of the top sites and gave us a historical, local perspective. We saw parts of the city that we wouldn’t have found on our own and introduced us to some fun local customs. We would highly recommend this tour, our guide was professional, knowledgeable and interesting.

Our guide was on time and... - Our guide was on time and showed us lots of great spots throughout Trieste. We didn’t have any specific places we asked to see but had the guide show us what they thought we should. The church at the top of the hill was beautiful and worth the climb! He showed us where good restaurants and places to try for different types of food as well. Only suggestion was if he spoke a bit more English would’ve been nice just to answer historical questions. Definitely a good way to see the city!
