Highly Recommend This Experience to Anyone Visiting Tobago - My mother and I had an unforgettable time clear kayaking with Kerron (I hope I'm saying you're name right)! From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, fun, and truly one-of-a-kind. Kerron was an amazing host — warm, patient, funny and so knowledgeable about the navigating our selves in the kayak, which made the trip even more special. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Tobago — and definitely ask for Kerron! You won’t regret it.

A 5 Star Fun Thing To Do. - Had a fabulous time kayaking. It was our first time and Kerron was so helpful in showing us the ropes. We didn't know what to expect so took a towel, change of clothing, our phones and some cash. The towels and clothes we kept on the beach. We took our phones so had plenty of pictures. I cannot recommend it enough, we had a ball. It really was so much better than we expected, especially as novices. Swallows Beach, where they are located, is a nice chilled beach too. Tobago Paradise Travel and Grill is 8 minutes walk away - definitely a place to visit when in Tobago. Thank you Kerron, we really enjoyed our session.

Excellent paddling experience! - Loved going out in these clear kayaks! They were clean, our guide offered clear, simple instructions and tips to help us have a great time. We enjoyed our time paddling around Swallows Bay looking beneath the beautiful clear water, moving through the Coco Reef rocks (lots of crabs to see) and over towards Pigeon Point. Very chill time, really grateful that our guide was cool, relaxed about us being a few minutes late. We would do this again!

better oragnisation on the ground at swallows ( identify by BAGO restaurant & bar) better as there is no fixed office - while the experience turned out pleasaant for us tow over 60+, kerron was good with instructions and assistance. What he lack was proper " office site location" we turned up with not sure where and whom to meet ( viator needs to ensure local rep has better office meeting spot suuport) .NO SIGNAGE said SWALLOWS so better to identify meet point as BAGO restaurant & bar ( pleasant local spot that has seating food and pleasant tropical space so food & drinks could be arranged by customers. Kerron our guide turned out to be good and professional but what he lacked was cell phone and communication from local agent that we had booked. He needs a few Polo shirt identiyfing him with VIATOR & Kayaking and name of local agent ( Michael?) sadly tobago is overrun with local hustlers and it was disconcerting for us as fellow locals from trinidad far less for visitors from abroad. Kerron was good and pleasant but needs local agent support with kayak signage present officail kayak agent T shirt and location indentifier. Note there is limited car parking for rentals but one can park on road side ( no valuables left please) or use pigeon point heritage facility ( just one minute drive from BAGO restaurant & bar) for small fee. worth it as one can enjoy pristine well maintained pigeon point beach facilities. lots of stalls with island hustlers selling everything from beach wear to coconut carvings ..but hustling can be annoying. there should be some life jackets as OSHA exists in T&T. Although it is safe bathing .. and hopefully THA will deal with the locals who spped close to safe bathing spots with jet skis... given we have had accidents before.. so they need to be policed out of store bay /pigeon point area. VIATOR needs to insure its local agent addresses all these concerns in order to meet international health & safety & public liability insurance requirements. I would indeed recommend the experince but would caution that the risk factor needs addressing immediately , especially for foreign vistors. T&T lawlessness copies in these tourism needs to be addressed. AND VIATOR remains vicariously liable for not reviewing and addressing with its local agents yes we are lawyers.

not overly clear and not much to see here - first morning we booked no one showed until 10.20for a 10 oclock start,so we were ther eat 9.50 .There was slight rain and a little choppy so we mutually decided to do another day.we were told we could pick any morning or eve which was good .we chose an evening when the sea was like glass.we were given lifejackets told not to go past the buoys a 1 min explanation of how to paddle (which wasnt a problem as we had kayaked on holidays before ).we then went off kayaking in a perspex canoe which was fun but nothing special ,saw the odd little fish but nothing like snorkelling .so no complaint here just its ok,you can see more looking over the edge of the kayak than through the Perspex .think we just expected more from reading reviews

Disappointed - Not enough equipment for our large group - Right from the start there was a problem. When we arrived, I verified with the 'tour guide' that we had 21 people (paid for 19 adults and 2 infants per the website) to make sure they had the correct number of kayaks and was immediately advised that he was not notified of this many in the group. Said we could do it but would have to put 3 people to a kayak. Imagine 3 adults to a kayak! Crazy. And he only had 14 paddles. We saw a few schools of fish, nothing amazing. Most of the family got out in the next bay to swim for a while. And the 'tour guide', while pleasant, did not come out with us- just advised where we could go. He confirmed that he doesn't join the groups any longer, even if he could. I will be reaching out to Viator to discuss a partial refund at least.

Waste of time - Absolute disgrace. We were booked for kayaking at 10 am . We booked a taxi from our hotel to the beach and waited over an hour. Only to be told the guy who runs the kayaking was not turning up. What a joke …

Disappointed - I was booked for a 10am excursion this morning, October 04th. There is/was a rough seas warning in effect and I left it up to the expertise of the tour company to make the decision to cancel or not. We went out but it was immediately obvious we should not have, while my kayaking skills are quite acceptable, it was clear that Kerron was experiencing some distress. He literally paddle 3 strokes and was out of breath. He was a keener and really tried his best to provide me with a unique experience, I commend him for that, but it was clear that despite his enthusiasm and desire to service his client he was experiencing some medical issue and the elements were not cooperating. He finally agreed with my assessment of his condition and that of the waters and we got out after 10 minutes. I was so looking forward to something new and was sorely disappointed as I leave Tobago tomorrow and don't know when I will have the chance to return. Clive Alladin, Vancouver, Canada
