Mount Irvine Bay is home to one of the island’s most sought-after beaches for surfing, particularly from December to March. It is also an excellent location for snorkeling, allowing visitors to explore Tobago’s stunning marine life. The beach at Mount Irvine is divided into two sections, with one part owned by the Mt. Irvine Bay Hotel, yet both areas are accessible to the public. Visitors can enjoy amenities such as small huts for shade, tables and seating, lifeguards, and a restaurant with music and a bar for those needing a break from the sun.
