Flight to Cappadocia and Begin the Red Tour

Cappadocia Cave Dwellings - Start your day with an early morning pickup from your hotel, followed by a transfer to Istanbul airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, you will be warmly greeted by staff holding a sign with your name and then transferred to the tour office.

Cappadocia - The tour begins at the breathtaking viewpoint of Uchisar Castle, where you will learn about Cappadocia’s rich history and its unique rock formations. Following this, we visit the Goreme Open Air Museum. Here, your guide will explain the significance of the frescoes adorning the walls of ancient cave churches at this remarkable UNESCO World Heritage site. Next, enjoy a kick-wheel pottery demonstration, and guests are invited to showcase their pottery skills. Lunch will be served in Avanos, featuring traditional Turkish cuisine. Afterward, we visit Pasabag Fairy Chimneys, also known as Monks Valley, where you can admire the famous mushroom-shaped formations and St. Simeon’s monk cell carved into the rock. Devrent Valley, known as Imagination Valley, offers fantastic photo opportunities with its animal-shaped rock formations. Our final stop is a Turkish handmade carpet cooperative, where you will learn about the process of creating handwoven kilims and double-knotted rugs from Turkey. The tour concludes around 17:00.

Green Tour

Cappadocia - Your guide will pick you up from your hotel around 10:00. The first stop is Goreme Panorama, offering a stunning view of Goreme town with its remarkable cave houses. We then embark on a hike through the beautiful Red/Rose Valley, covering approximately 4 km in just over an hour. Along the way, you’ll see fairy chimneys, local farms, pigeon houses, and cave chapels, with your guide providing insights into Cappadocia’s history and unique formations. After the hike, we briefly stop at Cavusin Old Greek Village before driving to Love Valley for incredible photos of the pillar-shaped rock formations. Lunch will feature traditional Turkish dishes. Post-lunch, we explore a carved underground city, once a refuge for early Christians. Next, enjoy the stunning view of Pigeon Valley and learn about the carved pigeon houses. Our final destination is an Onyx factory, where you’ll discover the semi-precious volcanic stones of Turkey. The tour concludes around 17:00, followed by a transfer from your hotel to Kayseri airport for your flight to Istanbul and transfer to your hotel.
