Unforgettable family experience - The service was very professional. They were punctual in picking up. Good detail the small breakfast before we set off the balloons. The tour was very smooth and in a beautiful area. I have vertigo and I didn't feel insecure at any time. The group in our case, was small, so we were all in a good place to enjoy the trip. In the end, we had a little celebration with champagne and sweets. Un 10!

The only Hot Air Balloon Company to book when considering the best way to ride. - It was our family group of 11's first time to Turkiye, and none of us had been in a hot air balloon. Living in the Napa Valley, we see them go up every day, but never imagined what we experienced today with Turquaz Balloons. The level of detail and professionalism when it comes to booking, and timing of hotel pick-up arrangements, to the delicious breakfast at 5 am in the Turquaz Balloons office before going to the departure site was done with skill and precision. This tour operator knows what they are doing, and they do it very well. Our co-pilot for the day was Abrahim, and he explained to us what weather conditions would prevent the balloons from going up, so it was very reassuring. Today was going to be a good day. We would later learn that the balloons would only be able to fly 3 of the 7 days this week. Once we arrived at our departure site, we met our captain Furkan Ciftci, who let us know he's flown over a thousand flights. The conditions were a little windy, but Captain Furkan and the great ground crew were able to get the balloon filled. Our basket only had 4 sections of 5 people, so each person was able to have an outer edge. With Turquaz, there was no jockeying for a spot to get that perfect shot. Furkan had us in the air for 58 minutes, and had us over many different valleys of Cappadocia, and even sailed us over our hotel in Goreme, the Mare Cappadocia, which was so cool to see from above. He explained to us the different pulls he used to rotate the balloon, so everyone had a view of every noteworthy site. Our family was so happy we did this balloon ride today, it was the highlight of our trip to Cappadocia, and we are so glad we got to ride with Furkan and Abrahim. The bonus was, it was Furkan's birthday today, so his ground crew gave him a birthday cake when all the passengers were presented with their balloon certificates and ceramic magnets, it was so cute. Book your ballon ride with Turquaz, you won't be disappointed!

A Cappadocia Legend - Amazing trip, must do! Selçuk and Mahmut and the whole team was very helpful and friendly. The view was awesome. They pick up from hotels and everything is well organized.

good experience - we visited in november 2024 first week. we were picked from our hotel in Goreme at 6.15 am. the van was full of other tourists. after a 1 hour drive we reached the balloon area. we were offered tea and snacks. the standing arrangement in balloon was well planned without crowding it too much and properly allocating the quadrants familywise/groupwise. the filght captain was experienced and manouvered the balloon well ocassionally taking it close to small hills. the views were good, the weather pleasant and the experience was worth it. afterwards wine and snacks were offered again, certificates to each individual. we returned to our hotel at about 9 am, in time to be ready for our booked tour at 10.00 am !!!

It's a 250 euro legalized scam on the rise - This business that undoubtedly offers breathtaking views is run in a scam at exorbitant prices, then the night before they tell you that if you want to do it you have to pay a supplement because there are too many requests, even if you have already paid. Very swindling activity

No dhow - We didn’t experience anything, no balloons got cancelled two days In a row. Paid for hotel and wasted the money
