• Vina Perisin - Optional stop winery Perišin is a small family-owned winery located in a traditional stone house right on the seafront in Kaštel Kambelovac. Guests are welcomed into the authentic cellar beneath the home for a tasting of up to five wines, including Crljenak Kaštelanski, the original ancestor of Zinfandel. The experience includes a generous platter of homemade Dalmatian specialties: local prosciutto, cured meats, cheeses, olives, olive oil, and fresh seasonal vegetables. Everything is prepared by the mother and son who run the winery, creating a warm, home-hosted atmosphere. A homemade dessert completes this truly local experience.
