Fun Speedboat Tour - Marin took us out for a great speedboat tour of a few small towns and the Blue Lagoon just off the coast of our pickup location in Split. It was a windy day given the storm the previous evening but he navigated the waves well in our small speedboat. We were able to visit smaller places we would not have been able to see in our larger cruise boat. Thanks for a fun and adventurous time.

Boat tour - A very good experience. We visit different islands, the color of the water was truly incredible. The boat was very comfortable and provided life jackets and snorkeling gear if you want them. The guy was very attentive.

Deliberately misleading and unfair – avoid at all costs - I booked through Viator what appeared to be a Saxdor 33 yacht—the exact boat shown in the listing and confirmation. After payment, we were assigned a clearly smaller and inferior boat referred to only as a “large speedboat.” There was no real option to choose the Saxdor, and the app used a nonsensical Swedish translation: “storstor snabbbåt” (literally “bigbig fastboat”), which added to the confusion. No boat names or clear specs were shown—just one impressive photo (of the Saxdor), which turned out to be completely misleading. When I contacted the operator, they admitted the Saxdor wasn’t available and responded that “it’s only logical” to use the best boat as the image, even when that boat is not actually provided. That’s not logic—it’s deceptive marketing. We understood that the Saxdor wasn’t available and didn’t demand it. We simply expected a full refund, having booked under false assumptions created by the listing. The operator refused. ⚠️ This case is now the subject of a formal dispute with Viator and our card issuer (SAS EuroBonus Mastercard / SEB). If not resolved, it will be escalated to ECC Sweden (European Consumer Centre). Avoid this operator unless you’re ready to lose money for a product you didn’t choose.
