Underestimated how good... - Underestimated how good this would be. Really glad we did it, and saw some stunning landscapes. The pictures taken for us were really professional too. Our guide and driver were super friendly.

Brilliant tour! - The whole experience was amazing. Joaquin and Lucas were so friendly and made the trip worthwhile. They ensured that everyone involved got to see the amazing scenery that tromso/sommaroy and the fjiords offered and that people could get as many pictures as possible. My wife was pregnant so the small group and attention to detail the guides offered made it worthwhile. One of the best tours we have done and can't say anything negative at all about the trip. Amazing!

Unreal beauty of the Arctic! - We had an excellent experience on the Arctic Fjord Roadtrip with Scenic Picnic from Tromso on 21st Han, 2026z The landscapes were absolutely stunning, but what truly made the trip special were our guides - Filip and Anna. Anna was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the journey. She went above and beyond, doing many thoughtful extra things she didn’t have to, just to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Filip was equally amazing, taking beautiful photos of all of us with his camera

Welcome to the Arctic :) - A beautiful trip with a great team (Filip, Lucas, thank you 🙏), I recommend them by heart! ☺️ They are very attentive, helpful, hospitable and they have a very positive attitude. It was my first day in Tromsø, and I wanted to experience what it feels like to be in the Arctic. ☺️ It was amazing to feel the energy of Mother Nature and to be in nature. People may live here around ... but this is wilderness. ☺️ And now I could be a part of it ☺️ I really liked that tour was advertised as: it is organised in any kind of weather, so then tourists can also experience what life in the Norwegian Arctic is like. The landscape was shockingly rude and shockingly beautiful at the same time ☺️ I reagularly just started to laugh that OMG I can't believe! WOW, I'm here in the Arctic! ☺️ The air was crystal clear, salty and "heavy", it was so fresh that I just felt like biting in it. ☺️ We were lucky with the weather, comfortable 0 degrees, heavy snow, and in several places we went in knee-deep snow, but our guide was very helpful and always made a way for us. The sudden changes in the weather were shocking: in some places it was calm and cold. Then there was a strong wind, but it felt warm ... And then Mother Nature showed us its real strength again ... Filip and Lucas are very friendly and hospitable, they paid attention to everyone and were available for everything. Filip took a lot of photos, of the landscape, and of everyone, as many as we wanted and in as many poses as we wanted. ☺️ We got the photos for free, in low resolution, but they turned out beautifully clear anyway. 😍 The fjord panorama Ersfjordbotn, where we had to walk a bit in the heavy snow, but Filip made way for us and helped those with mobility difficulties. At Grotfjord we were greeted by another wonderful panorama and we walked down to the beach for lunch. This beach was breath-taking .... with fine sand and snow ... the water was crystal clear, surrounded by incredible mountains, a sanctuary..... really I was touched ... 🥹 For lunch we had a vegan sandwich, it had salad, hummus and blueberry jam - an interesting combination, but it was very tasty and nutritious. There was also enough coffee, tea and sweets. Our last stop was the port of Tromvik, with an exciting atmosphere, but huge gusts of wind, so we didn't spend much time there. It was a great day, just nature and us, we saw few people, but we met reindeers, too. 😍 We spent most of the time of the 5 hours on the bus, we travelled often on beautiful serpentine roads, we spent about 2 hours outdoors. The program is flexible, if the weather is not good somewhere, we will continue on another direction ... there are many beauties around ... 😍 During the day our guides made sure that everyone felt comfortable, it was a memorable and wonderful day, thank you Gyus 🫶🙏

This was a lovely day out... - This was a lovely day out of Tromso. The wind picked up, so instead of going to the island, we went inland. The scenery was beautiful, and the guide (Armand) was fantastic. Definitely recommend if you want to get out of the town!

Great day trip out of Tromso - My wife and I went for this small group (up to 8 pax) half day road trip out of Tromso. Our guide was Filip and driver was Matthias. Both of them speak fluent English and are excellent. They drove us to Kvaloya Island, where we stopped at a couple of scenic locations to take great photo and played in the thick soft snow. The weather was great, with a clear blue sky and golden hues of the sun rays. These allowed us to take lots of great photos, many of which Filip also helped to take. We then proceeded to a beach in Somaroy, whereby stools were set up for us to enjoy an artic beach picnic in front of an awesome view. What a treat! Nice sandwiches and hot beverages were served. On the way back, we spotted some reindeers and Matthias stopped the van for us to take some photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip with Filip and Matthias. They are professional, knowledgeable, chatty. I signed up for 2 activities with Northern Soul Adventures and both were very good. I highly recommend them for your Tromso activities.

A Highlight of Our Trip! - I was unsure about signing up for this activity, but it ended up being one of my favorite experiences in Tromsø. Filip and Mathias were fantastic guides and made the trip genuinely fun. We were also lucky with the weather and came home with some great photos. Highly recommend!

Good drive to outskirts of city - Nice drive out of city and time well spent, very helpful guide and driver. Good sandwiches and hot drinks.
